If the girl tonight was a bit more convincing, maybe she would have gained two customers. I tried getting a free trial and its $10 for a day pass. I told her is there anyway I can get a free day pass at least. Just to try out, theyre other gyms that offer free week trials. She lies and tells me no with a spicy attitude. I went right ahead and tried out for LA Fitness no problem! The guy actually just let us in for the day no information needed but an ID, then gave us a week trial. Such a cool guy! If I like it Im signing up. You guys need more convincing employees. She is terrible. The guy with the Ducati motorbike who wasnt working there was much nicer. Maybe I would think twice about paying the $10 since Im already at the place and if shes smart enough to stop and go ahead talk to us about the gym on why we should pay $10 to go here, not no no youre wrong. I came in roughly late night if you want to check the cameras. Probably after 9 and before 9:30

Really? Good experience? Ill be passing by again today, this time ill have plenty of proof to go to a lawyer if i need to. I tried canceling my membership twice already, thats right, twice!! Im still getting charged and on top of that very weird unrelated charges to the contract i orginally signed more than 5 years ago. Im only supposed to get charged $20 a month...$40 here $50 there...watch putting a new card on file, they will just charge you the signup fee or whatever the hell they decide to call it. Being that your a solid member of there franchise, it wouldnt be right to continually be charged your regular rate after you simply use a new card on file....ohhhhh noooooo, your special, they take special care of you and keeeeep charging you anyway. They are a rip off...seem to misplace and forget everything that has anything to do with them no recieving your money anymore. I dont recommend this gym to anyone unless you want to deal with a scam artist

If you want a gym where you can get in, workout and get out, this is the place for you. Ive barely exchanged 10 words with the staff in the month Ive been going regularly, and I love it. Nobody bothers you. The facility has everything you could need. I personally wouldnt buy their shakes considering I can make one at home for pennies on the dollar, but they have shakes if thats what floats your boat. Only complaint I have, which is really just an opinion, is that there are two smith-machines but only one free-bar squat rack. I think the opposite would be better, but meh, Im not the owner. You can easily complete your strong lifts, smolovs, push/pull/legs and PHAT routines here without having to modify any lifts due to lack of equipment.

The manager thinks hes real slick. From 12-3PM he puts a sign up that says "all shakes $3 during happy hour from 5-7PM," then he takes the sign down around 4PM and puts up another sign that says "Lunch special $3 shakes from 12-2PM." Every Retro that Ive been to gave REAL discounts on shakes. Not only that, the shakes are extremely weak! What a scam! I also agree that the staff is not friendly at all. I now drive out of my way to go to the one in West New York. When my contract is up, I will pay them to reissue my contract.

Staff is not very pleasant and to a degree unprofessional (more like they are hanging out versus be attentive to members or keeping gym in order). Treadmills which I used quite often sometimes did not elevate or sound from TV was sketchy or TV was not working. Shower room/bathroom was kept okay. Overall, franchise just does not exude well run operation.

Horrible if you are looking for childcare. I am paying for day care on a monthly basis but the childcare is not reliable. Management expects the employee who runs the front desk to also monitor the daycare. This is not acceptable, nor fair to to employee at the front or members.

I go here normally with my gf. We finished up our workouts, and we wanted to get smoothies. The man tending the bar was on his phone barely looking up. I waited 5 minutes to see if he would acknowledge us. He only did after we decided to leave. Poor customer service.

Good service...the staff in the front are nice...not the friendliest but have good people skills and are respectful... Very clean. Overall not the best gym but has everything you need to accomplish your goals.

Good thing no one bothers you ,also no one from staff management talk to you. Like when you sign in they dont even look at you, same thing when people leaving, they dont even say goobye

If I could give 0 stars I would. Place is horrible!! Like BAD. Tape all over padding of machines Staff arent helpful and have no idea what theyre doing. Worst retro Ive been too.

Completely oversold. Very difficult to get a decent workout if your schedule requires you to be there in the mornings or weekends. Parking is also very difficult.

I just came here to sign up and waited ten minutes for someone to come to the front counter and no one came so we just left, definitely do not recommend.
