Fortunately Im aware that there are all five star and one star ratings. People either love them or hate them… Something doesnt seem accurate with this rating system. Being as I have studied statistics for many years - all real valuable information regarding any type of company or business will not be found in places such as websites that allow you to post just because you have an account connected to their site. Remain informed and consider the source of the information. From personal experience this company has provided many people with resources beyond other agencies and have gone above and beyond. Its disheartening that people feel threatened enough to make false claims.

They need to Fire Frank aka "Francis" Mellace. They guy is cyber harassing people and representing himself as an agent of Century 21. Mellace has been named in a Federal Lawsuit for creating websites to cyber stalk and cyber harass people. Century 21 Rau and Johns need to get rid of this guy before they wind up being dragged into a federal lawsuit. Who knows if he hasnt used their computers at work to put some of this disgusting stuff online that was redirected to porn sites.

Great experience. Had family members go to another agent with another company and had horrible service. Recommended Fred Calvello to them and they even said they learned more within the first 5 minutes of meeting with him than the entire few months with the other agent. They were able to find their dream home with their first showing. I would recommend Fred to everyone!

Not interested in giving customers fair treatment. Scheduled to show my townhouse but never entered the house. Said the key did not work which was untrue. the young couple with her never got to see a beautiful home. I believe she was more interested in her agenda then helping them. it is a lot of work to get a house ready for show. Very unprofessional.

Wash Twp. Century 21 office is the best around. All of their office employees and staff are friendly and welcoming for every meeting and closing we have ever had. Working with Val is great, she is available 7 days a week and responds immediately to all questions/requests. Thats how we chose to work with her in the first place. She gets the job done!!
