Check for the bogus commission fee in your HUD if a buyer and then fight with them about it.... Theyre supposed to clearly disclose this fee from the beginning especially on the cost estimate required under the reality code but do not.... Also, Ive had a number of closings for myself personally and for clients as a transactional attorney for both residential and commercial deals with a number of brokers, and by far this is one of the worst brokerages Ive worked with after issues of following up on a closing, getting me the wrong keys although my specific agent had a full set the day before that she handed to the back office, and the above fee. Note my issues are with the brokerage and the back office which and not my initial agent contact. Last, note, Ive recognized at least one of the 5 star reviews as an employee....hmm

Lisa Quattrone is an amazing agent as well educating and preparing buyers and sellers though out the process. The entire office is on top of every detail. Re/Max at Home is the new style of hands on, well informed, professional real estate consulting, sales and marketing company.i have had many successful transactions and I enjoy with them.

My company did some work for Maria Quattrone Real Estate 5 month ago. It was some kind of emergency and they asked to provide same day service. The job was done on time; the agent of Maria Quattrone inspected and accepted the work. The only problem was the payment. We sent them the bills and it took them 5 month to pay the first one. The second one is still has not been paid. The company proved to be careless unorganized and unreliable. We have to forward the information to the collection agency. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Alex.

Lisa spent a lot of time getting to understand my goals and what I wanted to achieve. It was my first investment property, and I was a bit nervous and they made less complicated. Anthony and Janice were on top of my hundreds of questions. I will go to them again when I buy my next one someday. I would highly recommend them to my friends. The office is very bright and welcoming too.

Im honestly not sure how this company is still in business. The unprofessionalism I received as a potential client, employee, and person in general was absolutely unacceptable! Maria might sell millions in real estate, but her attitude and professionalism is something no one should have to deal with. 2.9 stars is a stretch. At least 2 of the 5-star reviews were previous employees one of which quit. Steer clear of REMAX @ HOME unless you enjoy being treated like a doormat.
