BILL HOWLETT is nothing but a SNEAKY LIAR & HE IS UNETHICAL. HE DOES NOT HAVE HIS CLIENTS BEST INTEREST AT HEART- Yet he is self-centered and only cares about fast money in his pocket. I put a bid on a house and Bill was the listing agent for 309 Madison Avenue. He never disclosed to our realtor that there was another party bidding on the house, he claims to have sent an e-mail to our realtor at 12:52 p.m. but he never did. Why would he send our realtor an e-mail considering our bid was not sent to him unitl 1:10 p.m. She left him a message stating she was submitting my offer for this this home. Sunday she got a text saying someone else submitted a better offer- hello we offered full price. I dont believe he even submitted our offer at all therefore we never had a REAL CHANCE. I was willing to offer up to $5,000 over the asking price which would of made the seller more money. I left a message for the buyer himself. Bill called me back saying the agreement of sale was already signed, once again I know he was lying. He has to disclose if another bid was offered. Bill did not nor was he honest or ethical. Ultimately he screwed myself, my realtor & especially his buyer over. Find yourself a realtor with morals and who will work in your best interest. UPDATE: Bill- this is American I can review anyone or anything I chose to. I find it to be absurd that you take the time to call my realtor b/c of this review but you chose not to call about our offer or follow up on that. (the important things a realtor should do)

This was our second time buying a house with the help of Matt Mittman, and our first time selling a house with him. We are still shocked at how smoothly both processes went. We had very specific needs and wants for our new home, and Matt was always super supportive even when we probably seemed all over the place with what area we were looking in and price range, etc. He was very honest and we believe he helped us price the house we were selling perfectly, as we had offers within 48 hours of listing. Matt and his team at Re/Max Ready were always quick to answer any questions we had. When closing time came on both properties, there were no surprises and everything went as planned. The estimation of closing costs they provided early on in the process was very helpful in knowing where our money was going. Matts experience really helped us out during the inspection process for both properties. With all that is going on, things can get overwhelming, but we knew we could trust Matt to keep everything organized and moving in the right direction. He was negotiating both deals simultaneously for us, and he did not miss a beat! We would recommend Re/Max Ready to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. We can not say enough about the positive experience we had with this company.

Jen Griffith-Munson was our buyers agent, and she was excellent! As first time home buyers, we were unfamiliar of the home buying process. Jen guided us through the whole process. Additionally, Jen was extremely responsive. She always answered text messages and calls within the hour. Jen went out of her way to show us homes in Philly. When we were looking at homes, Jen made sure to point out each ones problem areas, such as rotting beams and uneven floors. She never tried to dupe us into buying a home. When we decided to make an offer, she learned about the area and gave us comparisons. After we made an offer, Jen communicated with all of the parties involved (seller’s agent, title company, mortgage company, inspector, appraiser, etc.) to make sure the sale went smoothly. I would highly recommend Jen to anyone looking to buy a home.

Matt Mittman is the Realtor of Realtors. He has truly honed his craft. Matt helped my wife and I purchase our first home this month. The first three deals fell through due to various home-related issues, but the fourth was the charm. Were so happy with Matts service, expertise, and the end result - our first home as husband and wife. Once we bought our new home, we knew that having Eric represent us in selling our old home was the best choice. Eric was so professional in the buying process. We were looking for someone whom we could trust with such a big decision. Eric is very knowledgable as well as in our case- patient. We looked at so many homes when we were buying. In selling we needed the best advice to sell in a poor market. We are so pleased that our home sold as quickly as it did. Eric was prepared with the statistics and information that was on target. Also giving the home the exposure seemed crucial.

We really enjoyed working with Mike Godley. He took the time to learn our likes and dislikes which was evident with each house that he showed us. He pointed out potential issues as well as features that had historic value which appealed to us. He helped us go through numerous steps required to inspect a house built in 1756. He kept us informed every step of the way in the negotiating process through emails, texts, and long phone calls. We always felt that Mike had our best interests in mind.
