Last year I had a property listed for sale with another realtor and took it off the market and rented it with a lease-to-own option. The Galligan Team send me relentless junk mail on at least a weekly basis and it took multiple phone calls and emails before I could finally convince them I didnt have a house I wanted to sell to get them to stop killing trees to send pointless junk mail. I now have another house which just came off the MLS because it is under contract and they are sending me weekly junk mail again. Not just one or two letters which might be reasonable, but non -stop. I dont have a house to sell right now in the first place, but even if I did if a couple letters didnt convince me to use them as my realtor what makes them think that a couple dozen would?
