Jared and his staff manage my investment property in Philadelphia. Together they have provided superior customer service at a lower cost than their competitors. The chief difference between Jareds approach to property management and my previous property manager is his use of technology to facilitate communication. Rather than describe the state of my property, he sent me photos, and when he posted my property online for rental, he leveraged YouTube and his knowledge of media editing software to provide a virtual walk-through in the listing. Jared and his staff are timely, courteous, and most importantly they are trustworthy. He has provided at-cost repair services and no nonsense recommendations to provide the best product possible. In a city that is often corrupt and remarkably self-interested, Jareds service before self approach to business is a relief. My family and I were in real need of some expert advice about what to do with our home. My husband got offered a job out of state and given the market conditions we were not sure if we could sell our house without a big financial loss. Jared, the owner, gave us sobering comps and was up front and honest with us about whether or not it was feasible to sell our house at the price we wanted to sell it for. It made me feel like he wanted us to do what was best for us instead of pushing us to sell. We ultimately decided to rent and luckily for us Jared is going to manage our property. JG Real Estate was extremely helpful in my search for a new apartment. When I called, they were nice and upbeat, got me set up with an appointment to see a place I was interested in right away, and were quick to follow-up with me after I sent in my application. I now rent with them and have been completely satisfied with their team. When I had a problem with my dishwasher, Jared was hands-on in getting the problem fixed as fast as he could. I was impressed with his work ethic and the way he treated me, his customer, as he would have treated a good friend.

Every time we reach out there is always someone there to answer the phone and address our concerns. whenever we need information from them is always send over immediately and they are always a pleasure to do business with. Its hard to find a business these days that is large enough to handle a multitude of tasks but also personal enough where you can get someone on the phone and get answers immediately.

Highly recommended. We are tenants, and we are having a very good experience renting a townhouse with them. This is our second year and we are very pleased with their professionalism and expertise. If I were a owner, I’d really trust JG Real State to manage my property. The maintenance is perfect, and if anything needs to be fixed, they take care right away. I also find very useful the online tenant portal. You can log in and quickly submit a maintenance request, pay your utilities... I loved their competence, experience and easygoing style.

JG Real Estate have been very accommodating. They made signing a lease and getting the keys to my apartment easy. Arielle was very cordial and easy to work with. A really great realtor. The apartment itself is really beautiful (albeit a tad overpriced). My one complaint is that I have had two instances with mice in my apartment. When I contacted JG Real Estate to help me get rid of them, they told me that it was my responsibility to exterminate. Im still somewhat scarred by having to dispose of those mice by myself.
