Cindy Wadsworth, my previous realtor, has posted proprietary information about my children and personal finances on social media. As my children are minors, I did not give her consent to use their photos or involve them in any way. Her end goal of posting such could have been accomplished without deluging my personal information she had access to due to our contractual relationship. Cindy Wadsworth of Keller Williams has crossed a professional line and be forewarned if you are considering hiring her as your realtor. My review is below: Initially I was impressed with the professionalism of Cindy. As the process went on though I was underwhelmed by the lack of communication and drive that I was initially sold. I normally don’t write reviews however in recent light I find it necessary to advise any potential sellers. As a seller using a realtor for the first time I didn’t feel as though my property was being marketed properly. It just seemed to me that it was very cookie cutter by just listing and having an open house or two (which I had to request). The house was remodeled and fixed up per her recommendations and yet after over 30 showings I received very little feedback. And if I recall I believe I had to call in to ask what happened at the showings. All the while the fix was simply to lower the price. In the end, for the commission that was paid out all I really received was the listing and some flyers printed out for the showings. The final straw was when I was approached by a friend who was a realtor and had someone interested. I wish I would have gone with him in the first place.

My agent in KW kept pressuring me to use the lenders associated with KW even I have my own from online lender. The KW agent discredited my own lender from Quicken Loan and, on the day of an offer needed to be submitted, she insisted on using one of the KW lenders, which needed me to put 40% down to have a loan $40k lower than my online lender could provide. Eventually I lost a bid to that property because of that lousy mortgage approval that KW lender can give to me. The KW agent did not choose my QL loan for that submission instead. The KW agent works for the lenders associated with KW but not working for their clients.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our entire home buying experience thanks to Amy Shea! From the very start, she made us feel like no question was too small or unimportant. We felt confident in all our decision making with her guidance when we needed it, and her friendly demeanor made it feel like we had known her forever. Without finding her as our real estate agent, we would have never made the leap into our home search. During signing, the office and team were so sweet and welcoming as well. The entire process was seamless, thank you Amy and Keller Williams Blue Bell!
