EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL --------------- you need to chase these people... multiple calls and emails are not returned I caution anyone thinking of doing any type of business with this company --- A good way to test a real-estate office you are thinking of listing your home with --- #1 - go through a list of homes they are currently offering #2 - select the lowest price offering (home/land) #3 - contact them about the property #4 - see how long it takes them to get back to you --- in my test - with this office they didnt return not one single phone call or email --- Luckily... realtors here in the POCONO area are about as rare as grazing deer --- IN RESPONCE TO OWNER POSTING --- you should answer your phone & emails as fast as you do negative reviews --- FYI - when you send an email your (my) email address shows in the FROM heading you simply click on REPLY --- but if that were not enough I also included my return phone number --- 96 HOURS LATER (and counting) --- still no reply...
