I usually go to Cherry Hill planet fitness although I live in Washington Township because I prefer to use their lay down beds and the hydromassage (clearly I take advantage of my black card), but gym-wise this is a great gym!! Nice and big and everything is always available even if there is some people there since there is so much equipment. Im a big tanner after my gym workout so I wish the stand ups were enclosed in separate rooms rather than out in the open, but they still do the job! Cant beat it, great gym!

This place is full of negative energy. The chicks who work there would stare at you and make you uncomfortable (and theyre like a 3 and a 4 out of 10). Theyre super rude and immature. They do not know their stuff and never have answers to your questions. They wont even bother to find out for you. Id rather pay $70 elsewhere than the $10 I pay there. They let their friends in for free without even having a membership. They dont respect liability. They must fire all staff and restructure their image.

It is a Planet Fitness, so you know it isnt the greatest gym in the world. But it is usually clean, they have a ton of cardio equipment (so I never have to wait to get one or feel rushed). I do get annoyed at the lunk alarm. I dont lift in there, so I am usually doing cardio, I never hear someone grunting or dropping weights, but that stupid alarm always takes me out of my headspace when I am running. If the staff reads this: just talk to the people lifting if they are making noise.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION!!!!! Really Really bad mangmet at night when the manager isnt around they will play around and they will be on their phone at all the time. Restrooms really stink and can not take a shower their because its disgusting. Trash cans will be full and nasty. Dust and weight are everywhere not organized. I do not recommend you to go to planet fitness. Try gaint fitness with same price.

If I can give less Ill definitely do, Elissa was so rude, was trying to tell me I have bill and when I asked her how much she started to guess and didnt give me the exact amount and when I asked to see my own information she started to talk to me with a bad attitude and didnt allow me to look at the screen to see my own info, I would never recommend this place to anyone terrible staff

I would like to state that the malicious reviews left by one family are untrue. The staff is always accommodating and friendly. The member told the staff he was going to have his family leave the negative reviews because he was unhappy with the contract he signed !!

The staff at front desk gave me false information. I requested to cancel membership and they said I needed to go to a different planet fitness to do so, turns out it was false. They were super mean as well! Stay away! There are better planet fitness clubs.

So Im comparing this one to the one in Ivy City DC (where I live) and its not even close. This one may be the norm and the very nice one in DC might be an exception. Nevertheless this PF is dated.

Great management and staff. Very clean and friendly. Open 24/7 and fully staffed at front desk at all times. Both memberships include unlimited fitness training by a certified fitness instructor.

Nice simple gym. Get in, get moving, and get out. Locker rooms at the front, warm up equipment when you come out! Awesome when pressed for time and need a quick workout.
