If you think this is a gym, a few issues, mostly the fact that there is absolutely no place for free body workout, secondly music/radio way too loud. You have to think of this place as a community space where people come in and chit chat, kids play etc... then its great, staff is competent and cordial. Unfortunately I need a gym.

front desk service judgenental, immature, antagonizing. to much attitude. love the over all facility, especially the yoga and stretch instructors. cant get past the lack encouragement from that front desk though. I stopped going there a few times. not very welcoming there, to the men.

Clean and friendly environment. Professional staff. I enjoy the workout here. Wish there was the stepper machine where the steps form coming out. That machine rocks. Nevertheless, I always get a productive workout in.

Very friendly staff helped us get our son registered for swim lessons. Some of the swim teachers are better than others, but overall its the best swim classes we found in the area.
