Let me start by saying I along with many family and friends have bought Groupons for a long time and we have found a lot of great places because of this. This is the first time and place I have ever been to that I felt a bit robbed / cheated and I really think its due to the fact that I had a Groupon. This must be the reason why they want you to mention you have a Groupon at time of booking the appointment. I got a Groupon for a wash, haircut, and blow dry and a mani - pedi. My stylist was very nice and professional, I actually really liked her and the haircut she gave me, here is where it goes awry, as she begins blow drying and I noticed she had not put 1 oz of product on my hair, I thought maybe shes got something planned at the end, the end came and went, no hair spray, zero, nothing, nada. Nail tech was also very nice and professional, my pedi was nice and relaxing, she did a good job on my nails but usually I get a leg and foot massage with a pedi, not here... By this time, I am on to what Belle Allure is doing. They are cheating me even more!! On to the mani, I sit down and noticed there was no bowl to soak my nailes, nor cream, tech starts pushing my cuticles back, then starts clipping my nails. OUCH!!! Nails 101 Soak hands prior to beginning a mani. She did a good job painting them, no mess-ups, at the end you usually get to put your hands under a dryer which were clearly visible at the same table I was getting my mani done, I put my hands under the dryer expecting her to turn them on. She looks at me and says "we dont have dryers, you can sit in our waiting area for your nails to air dry, seriously,........ Im looking at the dryers... Belle Allure, you cheated me from 1. Hair Product 2. Nice relaxing massage on my legs and feet 3. Water, to soak my nails prior to getting my mani 4. Electricity, you already have the dryer, I assume you dont want to hike up your electric bill so I can use your dryer for 4 minutes. DO NOT COME HERE. If you have a Groupon return it, sell it, or show them this review! Tip: Paint your nails at home and save the $$. Dont get me wrong I know Im getting a great deal using a Groupon but I feel like I was robbed. Really hope the tools were clean!!!!

Im really glad I found this place. Everyone is so friendly and professional. The place is clean and comfortable. They have late hours that accomodate my work schedule. I have used their waxing services and have had my haircut by two different stylists without a problem I highly recommend Belle Allure.

Not happy with this salon I felt that the results of my hair was not what I was expecting at the end, I did speak to the owner, which she was very nice, but there was nothing they can do. Unfortunately, I wasted $200 bucks on something that my personnel stylist couldve done for less than $100.

Went for highlights and a TRIM ended up with chopped up hair and melted from bleach. 2/12 hours and still had wet hair. Only refunded for the cut which they said wasnt finished???? Stylist only spoke polish and now my hair is a disaster.
