Ive lived in the area for 16 years and had been in search of my "IT" place for 14 of those years. I wanted convenience, value, and. . . I wanted what I wanted. I wanted to walk into a salon and let these crazy ideas I had out to someone who would listen and perform. And I got lots of listeners, and at some of the pricier salons too, but I didnt have anyone who could follow through on the vision. The I was told to give Vince a call at Scruples. I chanced it. The salon is comfy and easy to be in. The staff and owner are friendly! And then theres Vince! He listens, he hears the ideas, and then he does them! His input to my ideas, puts things into a realistic perspective which most salons dont communicate to you. Ive thought things would be amazing and then have been greatly disappointed because they just werent suited for me, but many places give the customer what they WANT instead of guide them to what would be flattering to them. Vince is able to work with a style or color that I really like and tweak it so that it gives me the most benefits: a great color that never disappoints, a cut with low maintenance that grows out well, and the value that everyone looks for. And, on top of all that, hes time efficient. I dont know about you, but my day is full - every day - and, yet, he remains flexible and works well within time constraints. If I want a service done, hes not just going to lure me in to make a sale, Vince is going to say that it will or will not be able to be done within my availability and work out a schedule that fits us both - even if it ultimately takes two visits! Hes easy going, friendly and professional. He has a casual style that keeps his customers relaxed, but dont let it fool you - hes intense at his craft. I HIGHLY recommend checking out Scruples and asking for Vince. Ive had cuts, colors (too many to count!), styles and extensions done by him and I love each one more than the last and Ive sent people I know to him who have been very happy also!

I am new to the area and looked online to find a new salon to try. I came across awesome reviews about Rosa and they even offer 50% off a haircut for new clients, which definitely convinced me to give this salon a try. I came into Rosa with my hair a mess! I tried dying my own hair blonde with bleach and boxed dye and I ended up with fried one toned ruined hair. From the customer service of scheduling my appointment to the time I left the door this salon has been the best Ive ever been too. If I could I would give them a higher rating than 5 stars. I am not one to write lengthy reviews but after such a positive experience I feel compelled to share my experience. Rosa was so patient and kind throughout the entire process and gave me exactly what I wanted for my hair. She was so friendly to talk with and I feel like I have known her for years. I met Vince and Heather while in they were so friendly and did awesome work on the clients I saw when I was there. This salon has a cozy welcoming atmosphere. Rosa was willing to spend extra time on my hair to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and ended up staying an hour past their closing time. Not only that, the prices were beyond reasonable. I will be coming to this salon for years to come. I am so thankful to have found talented and sweet Rosa who turned my fried hair into a soft and gorgeous color that was exactly what I was looking for.

Great salon! I would def tell anyone who wants to look beautiful to go to Rosa the owner! She just put in hair extensions for me. It was my very first time and was unsure on the maintenance. Rosa explained everything I needed to do and answered all my questions. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to hair and very professional! Rosa did such a great job!!! I couldnt be happier! My husband loves it and Ive have had numerous compliments already! Def worth every penny! And the cut and style was beautiful as well! The salon has a very warm welcoming feeling when you walk in. Everything is clean and in order as well. The staff is also very nice. The prices are extremely reasonable which is a plus! I believe she under charges for her talent! There is not anything bad I could say about this salon! And I cant thank you enough Rosa for making me look and feel beautiful! You are a very gifted and talented women! Thank you for everything! After seeing reviews I went to Saloon to shape up my hair for my Birthday. I felt I should never go to Saloon once again after hair cut. I have no voice for their hair cut and Im feeling sad. I strictly said couple of times not to cut more than 1 inch and I still dont know how can they cut this much hair. This type of hair cut I never had in my life and it is the worst hair cut with no proper style at backside. They completely took my half of my hair grown up more than 6 months. I would not recommend this Saloon for hair cut based on my personal incident. You can see these pictures how worst they did hair cut. I cannot go outside with this haircut now. I request Saloons please hair cannot be grown overnight or it can be manufactured immediately in humans. Kindly do hair cut based on their requested length. Dont do hair cut based on your business need, it is directly related to their feelings and happiness.

I have moved to this area recently and have been looking for a good salon. Considering the fact that i usually go for hair cut once a year, i was doing quite a bit of research about a good place. Despite of few other recommendations for other places, i decided to go with Scruples based on Google reviews and ratings. I was pretty confident at the first place observing the 5 star rating by all customers. My hair was done by Heather and she did a fantastic job. I had opted for hair trimming, base color change and highlights,, her recommendations on hair color was perfect and matched by expectations. The end result is awesome and I was very pleased with the overall experience, quality of product being used and services. I am sure i will not be looking for any other salon till i am residing in this area. Great work Heather and thank you very much :)

Words cannot describe how happy I am that I found ROSA. She has rescued me from years of mistakes. I have had this one picture of what I really wanted...which I did not think was impossible..and after 18 years of many tries...NO one could grasp it. ROSA fixed years of damage, highlights, low lights, breakage, frizz and dried out mess on her 1st try. She is PHENOMENAL. She knew exactly what i wanted and slammed it out of the park! She would not STOP until it was perfect...and she is still going :) Its so rare to find someone who cares and loves what they do so much that they will not quit until its perfect....SHE is the one. Im so glad to have found her! She has gained a client and a friend......and a HUGE fan!! Ive always been known for my hair...but thanks for making me love it again! xoxoxox
