Great gym and great people. Best workout Ive ever done. I lost 15lb In just over 3 months. Its amazing how fast your body transforms with Crossfit. I come from a background of working out 2 body parts a day. Now Ive come to realize that was such a waste of time. The coaching is excellent. They really cater to your individual needs and push you to do better. Ill never go back to the regular gym...Crossfit for life...

Awesome gym, awesome people, awesome coaches. Been coming here since February and have gotten so much stronger. We pick things up and put them down. Great kids program for those under 12 as well. I finally found a place that I want to go work out at. Aces in my book.

So far I love it. The coaches are great and the environment is both professional but really inviting and friendly. The only thing I wish they had was more amenities like locker rooms.
