We went there to get 2 simple boys cuts. We checked in sat and watched while on girl slowly gave some one a perm... In between checking her customer she went back to the break room... Another finished up a customer and then proceeded to clean the combs while 5 people were waiting to get cuts!!!! Two other kids that came in after us had appts. Schedule with 2 stylists and when mom came in to see why her boys hadnt been taken the comb cleaning girl said "oh they are here but not taking appts." We then got up and left and advised the comb cleaning girl that they just lost 5 paying customers! And we went to the old fashion barber shop in Sparta walked in got fantastic cuts for the boys and they loved the talk in the shop! They now gained 3 paying customers!!

SuperCuts Sparta Is more than super. They are fabulous! I was visiting family in the Sparta, NJ area and SuperCuts was having a pre-opening promo for free haircuts so my daughter and I stopped in. Well we both received the best haircuts we have ever had. My daughters stylist was Melissa and mine was Joanne. Joanne took the time to make sure I was completely pleased with my haircut. I loved how she cut my hair and I am very picky when it comes to my hair. She was so nice too. It was a very pleasurable experience. My daughter absolutely LOVED Melissa! She now wont go anywhere else to get her hair done. We live almost 2 hours away so its a bit of a hike for us but it is so worth it! We have been back twice so far.

My mother came in for just a trim on her hair, she has a short pixie kind of hair cut and was only looking for a little taken off the sides.. she was burned not once, twice.. THREE times.. finally after giving this young girl the Benitez of the doubt she waited around another 15 minutes, the hair dresser called over another hair dresser in the mean time. Finally my mom said enough!! And went to put on her jacket!! The hair dresser walked over and charged my mother almost $50!!! She was mortified! You can go there for low prices but you will also get inexperienced staff. Gianna, the hairdresser who chopped my hair, seemed confident until I noticed other hairdressers wandering past and cringing. Instead of stopping and admitting her mistake, a more experienced hairdresser rushed over to take her place without my permission and began to teach her as if I were a mannequin head. Even after her attempt at fixing the damage I still have a noticeable, uneven chunk of hair on one side of my head because it was cut above my ear. They still made me pay full price, but gave me a one free haircut coupon, which I surely will NOT be using any time soon!

Ive been to multiple Supercuts around NJ, and this is by far the best! Inside was kept very clean, my hairdresser listened to exactly what I wanted (and then actually did that!) and wasnt afraid to help me change up my old boring style a bit. She made sure to let me know how short my hair would be before she cut. I got a nice shampoo and cut for under $20, and was in and out of there within 45 minutes! Ill definitely be back!

Great staff that work super-hard to get you in and out with an awesome look. I highly recommend using the online check-in tool, especially if you are going on a Saturday or right after school lets out, or on the days before major holidays, because they tend to be SUPER-busy then. Also, nice selection of hair care products, but the staff is not pushy at all about getting you to buy them, as Ive experienced at other salons.

Professional atmosphere and I am able to jump on the waiting list using my mobile device to greatly reduce wait time. Using the mobile app Im able to swing in for a cut on my lunch break circumventing long wait times. I highly recommend for a quick cut without sacrificing quality. 2 thumbs up!
