Very inconcvenient!! They are after money! The staff does not care about who you are, what your profession might be and how difficult it might be to keep your appointment. You can give them a call in advance 7 out of 10 times to let them know you are cancelling, but you dont call them once and they charge you more than what you would have paid for your actual service for the day.I felt like someone robbed me off my credit card money!! NOT PROFESSIONAL. They need to know there are better salons in the town!!

The staff is very friendly and the stylists are very professional and friendly. At times it is next to impossible to get an appointment. This isnt terrible as long as youre not paying for the monthly membership. For the most part they do a wonderful job. The issue is with how many monthly pay customers they accept. It feels as if they dont have enough stations for all the memberships. Thats a management problem, not a stylist concern. I cant give them any higher because of this issue.
