We are responding back in regards to the review 3 months ago. We apologize that you did not have a good experience here at our center. Espin Preschool opened in February 2015 and as soon as we opened we made it clear to all families that we will not be raising prices for them until September, the new school year. All of our parents were aware of that, and most of them stayed with us for the following year because they were aware of why prices needed to be changed. We apologize if you did not understand the reasons. A registration fee is required every September, like all other child care centers. This is standard. When we started in February, the previous owner, had the children all downstairs in the auditorium, many times watching television. Our philosophy for our children is not based on that. We needed to make many changes in order for the new center to run like a learning center, not a babysitting facility. All children, were moved into classrooms, new furniture was ordered, we painted and updated the rooms and gym area. The playground had to be updated as well. The raising of the prices, did not indicate we are only about money, it indicated that the new center is now an official Learning Center with a curriculum and run appropriately for early childhood activities and learning. For future reference, please dont indicate we are only about the money, because all the changes that have been made are for the children and families that are in our center, we are not about the money. If you couldnt afford our center, we are sorry about the inconvenience for you and that there isnt anything else in the area, but we did not lie to you or any of our families.

I cannot thank God enough for sending me to the right place for my son. I had been searching for preschools. I found many very expensive some with teachers that seemed friendly and some that didnt even say hello when I came into the classroom for tour. Not even trying to acknowledge my son walking in. I was very frustrated thinking: "well I guess this is how it is supposed to be, pay high price and hope the teachers warm up to me and my son" I had already thought that I would have to work my budget to pay the high price to at least get the "clean-looking" center, even if that meant not friendly staff. AND THEN I decided to make one last call/tour before making a decision!! BOY am I glad! when I came in and was greeted by the owner with such love and a great smile I thought: this has to be the same price if not more. then the tour started and the clean rooms and bathrooms with friendly teachers and happy children all around and I thought: oh I probably wont be able to afford this. finally she told me the price. I could not believe it. for a few dollars LESS I would be able to bring my child to a great center, with loving teachers and great curriculum. My son has been there less than a year! HE HAS LEARNED SO MUCH. the teachers are great, they stay connected with me and answer any questions I have. They treat me and my son with respect and are not breaking my pockets. I can honestly say I wish my son could attend Espin until he turns 18 lol. I love it here! God bless them!

These people bought the school and raised prices, even to the students who were there with the old director and prices. One reason I picked this school was because it was affordable and warm and friendly, but when the new owners bought the place, they said they would keep the prices to the older/original students then they would start the newly enrolled students at a different/higher rate. They even wanted me to pay 2 registration fees in one year. They lied, raised prices on everyone, making yet another day care center in the area too pricey for working parents. All they care about is money. Shame on them.

Yesterday has been the last day of our kid at this school. Its been amazing over there. the environment became so emotional on his farewell. staff became so touchy....i just wanna say that when my kid started there 4 months back, he used to cry whenever we were dropping him and in just a month, he used to cry whenever we wanted to pick him up after his school. A really lovely staff, and kids do learn in a very healthy and caring environment. My kid used to say Mamma to Mrs. Arelis, and she used to take care of him like her own son. special thanks to her.

Im very picky with my childs care. I have my daughter there over a year now. Amazing staff, great teachers and the owners are amazing! Wonderful vibe for children and super clean! Feel safe having her there. Everything you expect for your children.
