The owner and mother are the worst to deal with. They dont give anyone the respect of explaining anything. To go off what lisa said this past week about me knowing the mother below me, well i dont. I dont want to make my own rules abd regulations, i just want some respect as a parent. NEVER once did i give an issue about paying. We paid every week on time and never had a check bounce. You want to talk about your staff. Please your staff is good besides the ones you had come in and out. Your own staff doesnt like you so please save the lies. The only reason why he did stay was because of the teachers. You want to make up stories well im a parent who has been verbally abused by lisa and corry. They have no respect for anyone there. Dont make us sound like we didnt or dont pay because we ALWAYS have. Learn how to talk to your parents. You want to make a comment on how its a business and yea its about money, well right there should tell you hiw she does things. We all get how nothing is free which myself or my husband didnt want anything for free. We want respect!! I recommend noone go here. There are better schools out there. Just feel bad for the teachers because like she said they have to deal with this for the owner lisa. Ever since my child started here, he took 2 emergency room trips which one should of been dealt with day of incident he needed his ear glued because he fell on a sharp table, which should of never been in the school. They wrote almost everyday that my 3 year old wouldnt listen like if your job too hard? My kid would be fine all weekend and then during the week he would come with his face and fingers all red, like something they used gave him an allergic reaction. They would use so much bleach in the rooms with closed windows where when i would walk in i would cough. My sons clothes would come home with bleach stains. You are suppose to use more water than bleach. I should of not allowed it to go this far and the day we took him to er we should of sued because obviously noone was watching when my son fell and cut his ear! Also its funny how when i was making things for the class atleast once or twice a month (healthy snacks on friday), or got ALL staff christmas gifts, donating things, spending money here and there to help that was ok, but then she wants to say we couldnt pay. I was nothing but nice to them and this is how we are treated. She also kicked my son and i out of the daycare on the 12th of June for me telling her i didnt have the time to talk right then since i am a full-time worker. She could of said ok then later after work we definitely need to talk abd i would of said fine. This is the problem, she thinks just because she is the owner she can treat people the way she wants. Learn how to reapect people and then you try to teach our kids! No thank you

I could not disagree more with the other comments. We were new to the area 3 years ago and the teachers and owners welcomed my children with open arms and I really feel like my kids are treated like family at this daycare. I recently had a confusion between myself and Cory and Lisa with my tuition and they were very accommodating and professional about it and we worked together to sort it out. Its unfortunate when parents leave reviews like the below because they are very far from the truth. I have never gotten the impression of Cory and Lisa being "money hungry" . Lisa, Cory and the staff care very much about the kids but parents have to understand at the end of the day they are running a business that runs on money and without tuition they cant pay their staff and maintain the school for the kids and take care of your child. I always call, email and even text Lisa and she is very respectful and responsive to mine and my childs needs. As a parent we have to set examples for our kids and not bad mouth people because of one situation. it really is simple follow the rules and pay on time and there wont be a misunderstanding.

My child has been in this school since she was 6month. She is now 5 and on her way to big girl school. I thank god everyday for Mrs. Lisa , Mrs. Cory and the best teacher Mrs.Jen cause God no my child was so soiled that she would cry from the time I drop her off in to I came to get her.. But she fell in love with Mrs.Jen and thing was good... They make us feel like family ... About a year ago my child started acting different and lias pulled me to the side to see why she changed. I told her about my childs skin n all the meds she was on to help. Ms.Lisa gave me something to try and it has helped her more than the meds and she back to herself.. I dont understand what the 2 ppl are saying under here... I dont live in south amboy but my child gos to school there and if I had any more kids they would have to deal with us 5 more year .... Love all my ladies Lisa Cory Jen Amy Samantha and berady and the two new girl ... Thank u ladies

I am the owner of the Childrens Ctr. Its sad what people will do to sabatage a business of hardworking and very caring individuals. If people are that upset and not happy move on. Why would you stay at a facility for more than 6 months or so if you are that unhappy? How bad can this school be? Some people have a very hard time following rules and regulations. Not just school regulations but State regulations. If you dont follow those rules we have no choice but to let those people go. But no one, whether a business owner or not,should not have to put up with severe vulgar abuse and threats received by a particular family. The F bomb used, screaming in front of the children, total disrespect for staff members and threats are more than enough reasons to release a particular family. We are all about the safety, education and welfare of the children. Please come and see for yourself

I have paid my tuition with no problem. Never once late never bounced a check n i have received 0 respect. I myself had an issue with tuition regarding vacation. Which i was given wrong information by cori n was told to find another school by lisa because i tried discussing the problem. The teachers arent the problem well the ones that stay. The revolving door of teachers is disturbing. Please inform urself of these 2 with 2 there two faces for they wear them well. Do NOT bring your children here there better choices in area. I should know was forced to find another school by lisa because i tried talking to here.

Do not take your child to this daycare. The owner is petty, money hungry, and has no respect for the parents. She is thinned skinned, very snooty and disrespectful. She has no understanding that parents intrust her with their children and have the right to ask questions and check up on them. Beware! I regret the day I signed my kid up for this place. And yes you are money hungry when you ask parents to bring in their childs piggy bank money.
