OK, if you have to use this place good luck. Our experience was typical of others , terrible. First of all , dont expect them to ever answer the phone. Second, if you have to bring them paperwork make sure you make copies or have them stamp it. You give them important papers and they will say they never received them. Get names. They could care less if they lose your stuff , then deny you ever gave it to them. Like I said, dont call there , show up. They were inept at simple procedures, no real rhyme or reason as to what they needed from whom, one spouses info but not the other, made no sense. They are very nasty and surly when and if you get a hold of someone. Good luck. I pray you never need these idiots.

HAVE TO GAVE IT A START, OTHERWISE WONT LET ME SUBMITTED WITHOUT IT!!!!! WORK AGENCY EVER!!! WORKERS ARE MEAN AND VERY NASTY!!! I BELIEVE THEYRE TRAINED TO BE THIS WAY, BECAUSE THY KNOW PEOPLE DEPENDEN ON THEM. HEY NEVER, NEVER EVER RETUN CALL/EMAILS. I WOULD LIKE TO SAY STAY AWAY AND NEVER USE THIS AGENCY , BUT UNFORTUNATELY PEOPLE HAVE TO COME HERE. ITS A SHAME THAT PEOPLE CAN BE LIKE THIS!!

Its just ridiculous how long the process takes...i will be out of work by the time im able to even get the child care and no one keeps you posted about whats going on with your case all you do is get sent to full voicemails it horrible .......if im approved then why cant my kids get into daycare? i have to pay out of pocket for 4 children its ridiculous!!!

Ive been to the office 3 times, and each time Ive been greeted nicely and they have been very helpful. Their jobs arent easy to deal with so many different types of people, problems, entitlements. Thank you for your help ladies
