Our 2 yr old daughter has been attending this TLE for about 2.5 months now (3 days per week) and I could not be more impressed with her development. Prior to starting this school, my daughter was at home with me but very social. I had tried to go to as many classes with her as I could but a half hour class here and another one there only does so much for their development. I began touring different daycares for months! This TLE, the last school I was planning on visiting, stood out to me because of how sweet and caring Mrs. Dilek, the Director, seemed. She spoke so passionately about these children and really seemed to love spending her days there. She also knew every single childs name and they were all running to give her hugs when they saw her. She also patiently spent over an hour and a half with me answering every single question I had. The facility was also the cleanest Ive seem and the teachers seemed so genuine with the children in class. The ratio of 3 or 4 kids to 1 teacher vs the standard 6:1 in the other schools Ive visited was VERY appealing as it guaranteed that my daughter would get enough attention from the teachers. This may have been the last school I was visiting after 6 months of looking around but it was love at first sight. I immediately went home and told my husband this place was definitely my first choice, after originally narrowing my search to my top picks to a Montessori and the Goddard school. Ultimately, we did a one day trial and my daughter was so happy to be there. She loved Ms. Jessica and Ms. Kristen. The two of them were a dynamic team, bubbly, energetic, and full of joy. Less than a month later, I signed my daughter up and although the morning was rough (saying goodbye, probably more for me than for her), Mrs. Dilek walked me to the room with cameras and allowed me to sit there for as long as I needed. All the calls and emails I made to the school during school hours would have probably driven someone crazy but Mrs. Dilek was always there to take the calls and calm my nerves. The teachers were also very patient when it came to helping my little one eat and nap since she never really slept anywhere except at home so this was all new for her. Fast forward 2 months and my daughter cant stop talking about her friends and what she did during her day at school. Her verbal skills have grown exponentially. She was a smart girl and knew how to count to 10, knew her colors, and her vocabulary was over 75 words by the time she turned 23 months but now at almost 2 yrs and 2 months, she is a completely different child who can express herself almost completely. She also learned how to clean up after herself and follow directions better. Nowadays, her main teachers are Ms. Nikki and Ms. Karen in the Twaddler class (along with helpers like Ms. Lydia, Ms, Kat, and more) and I would not trade them for the world! My daughter loves being at that school and I am confident that this was one of the best decisions I have ever made for her.

The Learning Experience of Franklin Lakes NJ is the best place you can send your child to!!! My daughter, 2 years and 9 months old started at TLE 2 months ago and I feel that she has been there for ever. I have not enough words to express my satisfaction and gratitude to the team since you feel that your child is still at home in term of the attention that each child receive and not to say the love that they get from everyone in the center, not only their own teacher but the other teachers which always express their passion about working with kids, Mrs. Dilek (owner) and Mrs. Magaly (manager) always available to answer any questions with patient and kindness and always greeting every single child and parent by their names during drop off and pick up and also I appreciate that the take the time to give any feedback to the parents like for example I loved Mrs. Dilek stoping me to share beautiful pictures of my child making Peppa Pig cupcakes and also took the time to send me every picture of my child having a blast. Among many things I love and that other parents have share, I like the fact that my child enjoyed so much the time on the Interactive Leap Smart Board where they practice everyday what they learn on circle time. Also she enjoyed so much sports with Mrs. Cat making sport balls and playing a variarity of games and sport which I love so much that early exposure to teach kids many ways they can keep them self active. The fact that the school provide healthy luch for the kids is a big plus for me because it save me so much time in preparing, heating, packing etc luch for her. Also they always have snack, milk and water available for the kids even though some parents like me chose to send her snack, Milk and water everyday but it is perfect for refilling and for those days that you just forget the ready luch box at home and have no time to go back. My daughter love making her bed for nap time and enjoy slepping with her favorite teddy bear every day. There is so many wonderful things I can keep adding but Im afraid I will never end writing, therefore I will just list a few more things ike the morning drop off at the Boulevar, the fast that they grow up out of diapers, the positive reinforcement technics that they use with the kids, sign language, motor skills, verbal skills development, safety, songs, how much the kids care for each other, the speed at which they learn so many new things everyday and with the daily she we briefly go over everything she did at school everyday which reinforce her knowledge on that day. Me and my child just love this center so much that she will be there until she is ready to go to school.

Our daughter has been attending TLE Franklin lakes for about 7 months. She started daycare when she was a year old. It has been a wonderful experience so far. Her learning curve has gone up significantly. At 19 months she knows her alphabets, numbers, shapes, colors, animals and can even sing along several rhymes. They have great curriculum that makes it a fun learning experience for the kids and keeps them engaged. The teachers at TLE are very smart, caring and cater to the unique needs of each kid. A very special shout out to Ms. Nikki, Ms. Lillian and Ms. Lydia who are absolutely wonderful with the kids. TLE conducts several themed workshops throughout the month to keep the kids engaged. TLE encourages cultural diversity; they recently hosted a "PASSPORT DAY" where the kids got to travel to different countries (each class was set up as a different country), got their passports stamped and got an opportunity to experience different cultures. TLE also hosted a "Valentines day parents night out". They took care of the children for an evening giving the parents an opportunity to get out for Valentines Day. They were generous by welcoming friends children even if they were not attending TLE. Finally Ms. Dilek and Ms. Magaly are an absolute pleasure to work with. Even though they are extremely busy managing the daycare, they religiously take a few minutes every day to welcome every parent/ child to the facility. They make every effort to make the child feel at home. They are more than willing to accommodate any unique needs you child may have. I highly recommend TLE Franklin Lakes to anyone who is looking for a great daycare in the neighborhood
