Recently I had my care repaired at Ramsey Auto body, wasnt the first time. Once again, they did a professional job, leaving my suv looking brand new. Kevin who I worked with, was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable and thoroughly guided me through the process. I would have been lost without his expertise. When I first walked in I felt lost nervous (naturally) but by the time I was done talking to Kevin, he made me feel so much better, and was able to feel confident my car was in good hands. I highly recommend Ramsey Auto Body, they stand by word. I have sent many others to them, and they too have been satisfied. Thank You, Ramsey Auto Body… 

The two reviews for Ramsey Auto Body are fake. "Dan Brown" created his user name just to bash our Auto Body Business."Dan Brown" has never been a customer of ours. We do a lot of Police Towing and deal with disgruntled people who have had their car impounded. We deal with many people threatening to slander our business because they did something wrong and feel the need to take it out on us. We have been in business for over thirty years and pride ourselves on our excellent customer service. "Dan Brown" has never been a customer of ours. If you notice, the only reviews he has made is to slander our business.

I just got off the phone with Alyssa and let me tell you--I have NEVER received BETTER customer service on the phone!! She was incredibly helpful, amazingly kind and gave us all the info we needed to get taken care of properly and quickly. Honestly she could teach a class on customer care/service!!! If ever you end up in the unfortunate position of being in an accident in Bergen County (as we were, but thankfully no major injuries), do your best to try and get it over to these folks--amazing!!

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! EVER!! They had my car sit in the shop the entire month of September (no exaggeration) to repair my back left side panel that was hit by a car. Returned my car with clips and pieces of my hood dangling from the inside. My car rattles when I drive and to top it all off the paint job looks like someone used a paint roller on my car. Taking the car back after threatening to call my lawyer which I still may do. This place is disgusting.

Dropped of a grey 2011 Nissan 370z after an accident. The car came back and the mirror adjuster was broken. I could not adjust my mirrors. A reflector was missing off of my door and the door also wont lock using the key hole it wont turn left. I dont know what happened but it seems like they put the left hand door back together completely wrong. I didnt even pick the car up I left it there after seeing that. I am awaiting a resolution

This shop is bad shop. My car towed here after accident and took more than 5 weeks to fix it. The parts they replaced are not genuine parts. They use off market parts instead which is against law. If you just happened tolled your car to this shop. It is worth it to shop around. You will face a lot of future problems with their repair.

This business understands that the use of smart phones and technology enhances the customer experience. Havent brought the car there yet but 1st impressions are the most important. When you are treated in a courteous manner and are catered to as if you business is important to them it makes all the difference.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! Brought my car there to remove a small dent. I got the car back with more dents! They refused to fix anything else and told me to leave or they were calling the cops.
