Terrible. Un-professional. Please dont go here! While i was there dropping off my car one of the techs was backing a freshly painted car outa the paint booth and hit the side of the garage door and damaged that persons car. I should have realized at that moment. Thats why im writing this to hopefully save others. They replaced my rear bumper due to an accident, paint is still flaking of the sides after it was back there to get redone of fixed. On-top of that my car was damaged while in there care. My front bumper was damaged with deep gouge marks and grill insert was also damaged, They did fix and replace. Talked to owner he didnt even care what a terrible job his guys did. So obviously no pride of ownership or pride in workmanship. I write this review now to help others. Im not lying im not overreacting or anything, i just need others to realize what a truely terrible body shop this is. Im not saying there are alot of gems out there but gotta be better then these guys.

Tri Boro auto body is run by the most trustworthy men and if they were ever to damage a car they would always fix the damage done while in there care free of charge. I should know, I know the owners personally and I am one hundred percent sure they would never damage a car and not fix it and try to hide it or anything. I guarantee anyone who goes there will get the uptmost care and respect for both the person and the car
