This shop has just done the worst paint job I have ever scene and they have the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. My truck was just painted at this shop and it was the most unprofessional paint job I have scene from a professional shop. My truck looks as if it was paint in a alley behind Walmart. I purchased the most expensive package Maaco offers believing they where a professional shop and my truck has paint drips and finger smudges all over the paint. The first time I attempted to pick up my so called finished vehicle the wheel wells where covered in over spray from im proper taping and prep work prior to painting. The employee assured me the vehicle would be fixed. The second time I attempted to pick up my vehicle I noticed the front part of my vehicle was not painted the shop only painted part of my vehicle. The employee again assured all would be fixed and now I picked up my vehicle today and my chrome front bumper has paint on both sides of it and they did not tape the vehicle again and there is over spray all over my tires my suspension and my front end. Again my vehicle looks like somebody painted it with a spray can in a parking lot. DO NOT get any work done at this shop they are very unprofessional. I was robbed for $1300.00 dollars.

IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR BUMPER LOST DO NOT GO THERE. I took a bumper there to get painted and they stated it was going to take a week max. Next thing you know after calling constantly it was finally done after 2 weeks. They finally tell me it was done, I go to pick it up and they tell me that they DO NOT HAVE MY BUMPER. That they can not find it and apparently they gave it to the wrong customer, I still dont have my bumper and after all this they still want to charge me full price. Unprofessional and unethical.

Do not go here! Dropped off a bumper to be painted on a Thursday and was told it would take 2-3 days to be done. A week later and it still was not ready! No phone call or anything! And when I called to find out what is going, I was talked to like my money and business were not important! I dealt with Laurie who is completely unprofessional and downright rude. As someone who was in sales/customer service, you should never talk to a paying customer is such a manner! Unbelievable!

I called them to check what is the estimate for painting just the front bumper. The guy said around 150$. When I went in there, he quoted 375. I asked him that when I called you said 150 for the paint job. He said yeah 150 is for the paint, rest are other costs. Once he said that, my trust was gone. I would stay away from such people who are not honest.

Utterly terrible experience. If I couldve given a zero, I wouldve. Just avoid this place. Avoid it like a plague. Had to come back here to get their terrible work fixed time and time again and itll every time the job just kept getting worse and worse. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY AND DO NOT COME HERE.

I have a landscaping company in Wharton, NJ and we had always painted our own trucks/ trailers. I got a very competitive quote from them and had a new truck and used trailer painted. They did a great job. it is a far ride, 45 minutes, but worth it.

Made an 8am appointment online. And even though the sign outside states they open at 8am, at 8:20am the gate is still locked.i dont doubt their skill but if you cant open on time...you just lost my business.

Ive had 2 repairs here now. Great office help on drop off and pick up both times. Bumper work was great looks like new. They cleaned up my car real nice before returning to me.
