Billy was exceptionally helpful in every step of the repair. When the replacement part mandated by the insurance company failed, he stood by his work even though the problem was not his fault. He immidiately ordered and installed a new part without me having ro contact anyone but him. Billy made it clear no customer of his leaves unsatisfied. The quality of the work was flawless. That is great business ethics and quality we rarely see these days. I am happy to recommend B and B and will only go back to them if I need work in the future.
