My experience with Saddle Brook Auto Body has always been beyond excellent !!! They are very professional, passionate about the work they do, amazing customer service, attention to detail, willing to help the customer in anyway possible and the outcome is always amazing !! I have brought my car into Saddle Brook Auto Body 3 xs in the last 4 years and worked with Jose the owner. Jose is amazing, super friendly, always available, very professional and takes his job and work very seriously. All 3xs I was truly impressed with the work done to my car and will never go to any autobody but Saddle Brook Auto Body. Getting an estimate from them is very simple. Jose has always been honest and upfront about cost and what they car will need inorder to look its best as if no damage was ever done to the car ! I was on vacation one of the times I needed my car fixed, Jose was extremely nice enough to pick up my car at home and drop it off once it was ready and all out of the goodness of his heart. He never charged me for this service. I am always very pleased with the outcome of the work done and Joe makes its a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Saddle Brook AutoBody you will not be disappointed.

Ive never had to chose a body shop myself so I went with New Saddlebrook Auto Body on the merit of yelp reviews... that, and its always busy when I drive by... so theres two good signs to go by. Im really glad I picked them. I dealt with Tatiana, Stanley, & Jose and everyone was incredibly courteous and helpful. They notified me with every update to my car, and they dealt with my insurance when it came to supplements (bodyshops typically discover more damage when they start taking things apart, nothing out of the ordinary) AND my rental. When my car was ready, I was never under any rush to pick it up *right then and now*... which is nice when you have an infant and need to make transportation arrangements. More importantly, my car looks amazing! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a great body shop. I dont *want* another auto collision, but if and when that day arrives, I know where Im taking my car!!

I got into a car accident on 10/25 was all flustered because it got towed to the tow truck companies lot & that can get pricey. I got this place recommended to me by a lady at my insurance company & the car rental place said they were very good and well known. I have honestly had some horrible experiences with other body shops but I was so stressed I said what the heck lets give them a try. I am so happy I made that decision. From the minute I walked in they took care of everything. From picking up the car to my car rental to my car insurance not making my car a total loss! I am so happy Jose was recommended to me. I unfortunately have been in 3 accidents and this was by far the best experience Ive had.

If I could honestly give 10 stars, I would. Jose and his shop is absolutely amazing. I needed body repairs on a car that I needed in within a 4 day window, and he was able to finish the car in 1.5 days. From the start, he thoroughly reviewed the damages needing repairs, went back to his office to discuss which parts would be needed line item by line item, and had the parts ordered right away. The work is completely flawless and I am extremely amazed with the turnout. I even tried tipping Jose for the sensational work and he didnt want it! I will never trust any other auto body shop except New Saddle Brook Auto Body! Thanks again for everything!

I took my 2013 Mazda CX5 in for repair on Jan 25 2016 and just got my vehicle back today Feb 3rd which was actually ready yesterday for pick up. Jose, Christian and the whole gang over at New Saddle Brook Auto body are the best. This is the second time I have worked with them on the same vehicle and they make it like the accidents never happened. They worked with my insurance company directly and the car rental as well and just made everything go smoothly from drop off to pick up. I highly recommend them. I had such a great experience at this shop. I truly felt like me and my car were taken care of and kept up to date on everything. They listend to me and were willing to work with me and my situation. On top of all this my car looks amazing! Just like I drove it off the lot..they really went the extra mile. I got into an accident that wasnt my fault and I was very bitter...having them be so nice to me and reassure me everything will be okay made this whole process go smoothly. I truly appreciate them for their hard work. You dont find many good businesses like this!! I will recommend EVERYONE to go there.

This place is INCREDRIBLE! They did a great job repairing my 07 civic si that been damaged during a head on collision to the drivers side. Jose worked with me and gave me a great estimate that was affordable enough for me to also make some elective repairs on my car. The work spoke for itself and I was thrilled to get my car back in under a week considering all the panels and parts on the body that had been worked on. Dont waste your time going to Maaco because their quality of work is certainly not up to the caliber that can be found at New Saddle Brook Auto Body.

Jose is a great guy and is very quick to respond back to any of your questions that you may have on your car. Even if you do not get in touch with him when you call him, he calls you immediately back. I do not live locally but whenever i need any body work done, he is my go to guy. I live about 40 miles away from his shop but will gladly come to him every single time. Jose you are the man! I highly recommend anyone who is in the area that needs to get any body work done to go see this guy.

I took my Honda S2000 to this body shop. After paying the bill, I inspected the car, and I found a plastic cover that seats under the hood, and near the front bumper was missing. The person who worked on my car was called. After talking to him, he became very upset. The paint on the front bumper started flaking off after 12 months. Be careful with the cheap paint, and parts they use. The reviews that I read in this site are probably fabricated by friends of this shop owner!
