These guys did some great work and they were very flexible. The same day that my car was damaged (some very significant damage at that), they were able to accommodate me within 2 hours to get my car into the shop. The service manager was courteous and helpful. Ive been to other body shops where folks have given nothing but attitude as if I were imposing on them. Not here, they helped explain the process and the repairs they would be performing. An estimate was given to me the next day and work was scheduled almost immediately. They gave me an estimated completion time of 3 weeks but they finished and handed back the car in 2 weeks. They performed a walkthrough of the car when they handed it back to ensure that it was given back to me in pristine condition. The body work was very well done. Im pleased with the results and my car looks like it has not been damaged at all. I would highly recommend these guys if youre in an accident or just need general work done to your car.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL Took them 2 tries to repair a bumper and time it took was double what they told me! Even when i checked it out they had a few rough spots on the corners but i didnt want to wait another week. Overall i am unsatisfied. On top of that, they had the balls to STEAL MY TOLL MONEY from my car. I had a hand full of quarters and they tried to be slick and replaced them with nickels..... very unprofessional!! NEVER COME HERE!!

Received text messages throughout the time they had my car with updates and anticipated completion date/time. And when I got my car back, they had washed it and vacuumed the inside. They were also extremely understanding when it came to the problems I was having with my insurance company reimbursing me. They ended up holding onto my car even after it was done without charging me a storage fee as I waited for the insurance check.

Class A Autobody is really the best repair shop there is. The employees, workers and the manager itself were very professional, prompt and accommodating. They directly deal with your problem without alibi, they make it sure that the repair be done on time and in my case it was done a day earlier. The repair outcome was outstanding indeed so I am very much satisfied and I highly recommend the "CLASS A AUTOBODY" to everyone!!!

It is a nice experience, i got email every second about my car and they sent me pictures of my car on every second step when completed. they gave me 10 to 15 business days to complete the job but they finished in just 10 days. Trust me my car looks brand new. Thanks Class A auto body and their staff hats off to you you done a very good job.

I loved it! Very prompt and professional answered any questions I had when I called and it was several times! The receptionist was pleasant and knowledgeable. They should keep her forever. I recommend anyone go here for any damage that you may have caused or someone else caused its worth your money and time.

They work fast, and quality is good. I got rear-ended, and needed to replace my rear bumper. Dropped my car off on Monday, was ready for pickup on Wednesday. They organized a rental as well and are state-farm preferred shop so everything will go smoothly and quickly with the claim. Will come back here again!
