Im only giving this 1 star base on lack of communication, and how late I got my car back. The only thing they are fast at is taking my money. It took East Coast Collisions almost a month to fix minor damages to my vehicle. I have no problem at all with how slow they took. My problem is the lack of communication, every day for a month I would have to call to check on my car. The main problem I have with that is if you say your car will be ready on a certain date, then at least call the customer to let them know the car will not be ready on the date it was promised. I just felt like bc I was going through my insurance I wasnt important to them. Every time I called I was on hold for an hour. I dont care what anyone says that is very unprofessional, and they werent even apologetic. None the less my car did come out nice, but I would NEVER EVER take my car there again. By far the worst experience customer service wise ever. You just cannot treat people any kind of way ESPECIALLY when you are taking my money!!! They need to train there employees better !

I had a small crack on the bottom of my bumper from parallel parking and hitting snow that froze over. The damage was not bad at all, however; I decides to have it repaired. Something that should have taken a few days turned into a month. They went from replacing just the front bumper to replacing the bar behind the front bumper PLUS THE GRILL......I only found this information out because my mom just so happened to drive by and called me to tell me my car had NO FRONT (grill nor bumper). Weeks later I picked my car up and it looked worst then when I dropped it off. The paint job was patchy. Everything was off. NOTHING WAS DONE RIGHT PLUS I HAVE (new) DINGS IN MY REAR BUMPER THAT WAS NOT THERE BEFORE. Now I am out of a rental car and have to take a day off of work for them to RE-DO the work correctly(which will probably turn into three weeks). My first experience with them was great..this one...NOT SO MUCH I expected better from them Next time Ill go to the repair shop on Communipaw and Mallory

Where do I start? Chris and Mike are true professionals! My car was ruined by a local car wash (Wash Express LLC 88 State Hwy, Jersey City).. The guys at the car wash scratched my entire car.. It seems like they used a brillo pad and now the owner Dianna is refusing to pay and has gone missing.. However, these guys at ECC has helped tremendously. The cost to take my car to Mercedes was much more than the price Chris charged. After taking my car to East Coast Collision it is show room ready!! The really made my car look completely brand new. I honestly thought I had to get a new paint job.. I highly recommend East Coast Collision for repairs Big or Small. Theyre the BEST!

Driving my 2011 F250 from Idaho to NYC on family vacation with our trailer. We got into an accident where my truck was pretty smashed up. East Coast went above and beyond with our insurance company and the wrecker to get our truck and trailer and their great customer service continued in getting our truck, and fifth wheel hitch repaired right and as quickly as possible. In a time and situation where in my mind my familys well being were at risk they came through royally. I will never forget how great they came through and cannot recommend them enough. Please, please, please consider them if you need your vehicle repaired.

Amazing body shop.. They fix my car in 3 days and did an amazing job, they even took it the extra mile to give it a wash inside and out at the end. Chris, Jay and Hilda were amazing. Since the beginning chris instructed me everything I should do with my insurance and the correct way in setting up the rental and everything. I was even allowed to leave my rental car at the shop and take my car. I absolutely love everything about this place. I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed.

Brought my 11 year-old SUV here for repair of minor, self-inflicted damage. The place has the professional feel of a corporate shop but its a second-generation family business. Chris and his team treated me exceptionally well. Got daily updates on repair progress by text. As impressive as the quality of the shop work was the quality of the exterior wax/detail that they included as part of the service. In a word - incredible. Highly recommended!

My wife drives a 2010 Acura TSX that we bought off lease in 2013. In 2016 the car was hit while parked. East Coast was great. Chris took care of the insurance claim and repaired the car. He even repaired some dings that the car had in the rear door and the bumper. When I received the car back from East Coast, it looked better than when I bought it!!! A great company, with great people and a great job. Thank you for a terrific experience.

They explained me all the details on damage, gave me all estimates and did an excellent job on actual fixing. Service was overall very prompt and I got timely notifications on progress

I loveeeeeeeeeeeeee this place they are awesome , I couldnt get any financing anywhere due to my credit and East coast made sure i walked out the dealership with a vehicle :) , they take there time and have patience , they dont rush you out the door when they are finish they make you feel like your family :) I will recommend east coast to everyone :)

Had my Maxima done here through my insurance company after I hit a piece of debris which cracked my front bumper and destroyed the shield underneath.. they seemed to do a great job, but also it seems like my car was detail washed inside and out and looked all shiny and clean, tires polished and all. I would def recommend them.

Had my car serviced here through Geico after someone crushed in the passengers side while it was parked. They took excellent care of me -- over the top, really. It was the least stressful stressful fix I had to make. Everyone is super friendly and they did such great work. My car is happy and like new. Thanks Mike.

Picked up my car today and it looks brand new as if I just got it from the dealer shop, worth the wait. Only complain is, they had me waiting over a month and week after week they kept extending it and extending the due date when I can pick up my car. Other than that, great job!
