My mercedes benz s class was hit while parked the driver of the other vehicle stood on scene , I sat down with Tony and he explained that I shouldnt go through my insurance company because the vehicle was parked ,and I have the other drivers insurance companys information, he stated there would be no out of pocket cost to me with deductible or rental car, due to the other drivers fault. Im a single mother and didnt know what to expect from this place!!! i though I would be taken for a ride but Tony made me feel like I was family. The car came out beautiful and he kept me up to date with the progress of my vehicle... Thank you TONY and wave street ..... I will definitely recommend this place ...... And if you go in ask for Tony hes a sweetheart and easy on the eyes lol...

Worst spot to go to jay is a con artist and will mysteriously find things that needed to be done and started doing it to make u pay more money. He will portray to be a guy looking out for u trying to make a good deal but he is ripping u off try other shops before even thinking of going here. His financials are not together so je is trying to get out of all the collection calls and other debts by charging a job that is 250 to 800.. Pleade get a second estimate somewhere else before committing cuz he will pressure u to leave the car there just say no!

I had a very good experience with them when i brought my car in, many autobody shops are out for money and themselves, the office staff vinny, jay, Anthony, where beyond helpful to my father and I. The worked with us financially, since money is tight for everyone. MY car repair time was only 2-3 days and there extensive damage, Deff im recommend them to anyone and everyone i know and i want to say thank you 2 the staff JAY, thank you for explaining everything and having the patience and professionalism!!!

It was a horrible experience. I had brought my car in for a minor front end accident and the boss jay, told me not to let the insurance take a picture of it yet. Theyve added more damage to my car to get more money from the insurance company. Then they also told me it will take 9 day, my car has been in there for over a month. I also am very upset because ive stopped by the shop before and they left my car outside with the windows open. This is the worst body shop on staten island in my opinion.

My mother used this shop to repair her BMW and one of the valets parked her car in FRONT OF A FIRE HYDRANT! Now, shes stuck with a ticket and has tried to reason with the manager/owner to pay for it as he WILL NOT PAY IT. Now, were contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint. Do NOT go to this guy! He WILL overcharge you for repairs that are hundreds of dollars LESS than what theyre supposed to be!

Had an amazing experience at the body shop I have used this shop many times for multiple cars I have each time I got my car back as if it was brand new maybe even better the owner jay kept his word on everything I was told and got my car back earlier then I was told to expect this is the only body shop that I will ever use and I highly recommend it to anyone

Great Body shop and overall amazing experience. Jay and Matt accommodated me more than I could have asked for. My car was detailed and fixed within a matter of 2 days. Unbelievable never had a better encounter with an auto body shop until now. I highly recommend them to anyone else looking for a great all around experience.
