I had an accident on Christmas Eve 2015, airbags was deployed and entire front was gone on my Honda Accord 2013. The police called the tow truck and my car was towed to one of Brooklyns shops. It was my first major accident and I was new to all of this and live out of state, not in New York. I didnt know what to do, so I left my car in Brooklyn. At home I began to google different repair shops in Brooklyn, a lot of shops had ok reviews, but I decided to check out sea breeze shop as it was close to where I stayed in Brooklyn. The following week when I came back to NY, my car was accessed by my insurance adjuster and he gave me a repair quote, but the quote did not look right to me, as the car had more damages than the quote specified. I didnt know what to do, so I just took my car to sea breeze. When I came there, I was greeted by the son of the owner of the shop. He showed me around, told me what to expect, etc. I also showed him a quote from my insurance adjuster, he called his father (the owner of the shop). Sea breeze is a family owned shop, they have great customer service, very honest and approachable, willing to work with the customer and because they are so busy as they have so many customers and almost every car of late model, they are not looking to make extra cash by fixing un fixable. Unfortunately my car was not repairable and was declared a total loss. I would recommend this shop to everybody who needs a repair or a question regarding a repair. If I have an accident again, I would definitely bring my car to them for repair, because they have great equipment, large facility, skilled workers with many years of experience, but most importantly they are honest which is hard to find these days.

The absolute worst ! I would rate 0 stars if possible. I had to bring my car back three times because of the amount of mistakes they made. Scratches, overspray, and clear coat dripped on a panel that wasnt even painted. Extremely sloppy work and absolutely no pride taken in the quality of their work. Maybe because it was an insurance job, or maybe because my car isnt a Porsche.... On top of all of that now the clear coat is bubbling up on the hood. Also incredibly rude women working in reception. This place might have been a reputable body shop once, but not anymore. Like I said, absolutely no pride taken in the quality of their work.

GREAT BUSINESS TO DEAL WITH! Im not ownership or relation - but I am a very happy and satisfied customer. They did some insurance repair work on my car and I was so satisfied with it - I kept coming back for more. Body styling...maintenance...auto advice - Sea Breeze treats their customers right!!!! I felt secure knowing I was getting great work and at a good price. Highly recommend to anyone in the Coney Island/South Brooklyn area.

AWESOME PLACE-- THE WORK THEY DO IS INSANE- COLOR MATCHING IS PERFECT- STAFF IS GREAT-- I HAD BOTH OF FRONT BUMPERS REPAINTED AND ASIDE FROM THEM DOING IT WITHIN 2 DAYS. THE WORK SPEAKS FOR ITSELF- IF YOU DO GO DOWN THERE SPEAK WITH JUNIOR-- HE TAKE CARE OF ALL YOUR ISSUES/CONCERNS/ PRICES ARE FAIR- THE SHOP ITSELF IS EXTREMELY CLEAN 2 SPRAY BOOTS-- YOU CANT FIND A BETTER SHOP IN THE AREA WHO WILL DELEIVER EXCELLENT WORK!

Thank God the insurace company is paying for this. I went in and they told me the car wold be ready on a Monday,and on Friday they are still working on it. When I went to check te actual body work that was done it was horrible, and yet again i had to return it to them for another week. I would definately not try this place ever again or recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the headache!!!

I just picked up my car this morning and it looks better than it did before the accident. New shiny bumper with perfect paint. They did a great job handling everything and the service was super fast. I would strongly recommend Sea Breeze Auto to anyone needing to have body work done.

This is the most reliable auto body shop I have ever been to. The work performed on my car following an accident was outstanding. The office staff was very helpful from beginning to end and provided much needed comic relief as a side benefit. I highly recommend this auto body shop.

This is the second insurance claim Sea Breeze performed on my vehicles and both were professionally performed. What made my claim process much more painless was Geico having an office right on the Sea Breeze premises. Couldnt have gone any smoother. Kudos to Geico as well.

Had insurance cover the repair, sea breeze mechanics did an amazing job but it took a little too long for the bumper and fender, but I had rental coverage without it, waiting for 2 weeks would of been really frustrating.

Worst body shop ever. I had to go to another body shop to finish their job. Dont trust them. Every time you come they say that they arent not responsible for their employees promises.

I have been to many different collision shops, but by far this is the best one!
