I decided to visit Pt. Pleasant-Jenkinsons Boardwalk for the first time so I pulled into the Municipal parking lot to park, to my surprise there was not adequate parking. I came upon a parking spot where one side was clearly white and the side of the spot was faded or not white, so I parked and went onto the boardwalk . about an hour or so later I noticed my vehicle was not there, after talking with the parking police and the city police I was told my vehicle was towed for blocking thruway (nonsense cars clearly were able to get through). After speaking with they guided me in the process on how to get my vehicle back and at the same time assuring me that the parking situation is bad and they do not have anything to do with it. After dragging my family through this ordeal We ended up at this place (All Time Auto Body), where I was told I could not speak to the guy who towed my vehicle and I had to pay $232.00 dollars to get my vehicle back. charges are as follow, $125.00 for towing/ $30.00 admin.fee????????/ $10.00 for storage/$60.00 for After hours release,again?????????/ $7.00 for tax!!!!!! Commenting on the previous review I agree this place does work for the police and their primary existence is working for the police of Pt. Pleasant towing cars and over charging for bum cases!! They need to be exposed. I am a disable vet that provided a Handicap sticker in the window of the vehicle. I will never visit nor recommend anyone to visit the town of Pt.Pleasant Beach.

I came here to have a front bumper replaced. When I arrived I stood in their lobby for 15-20 minutes before any of the people even acknowledged my presence. Finally woman said I would be helped in a few minutes because the owners wife was visiting the shop. I waited an additional 10-15 minutes for the guy and his wife to talk. Eventually the man decided to provide my with some customer service. I asked him for an estimate on the installation of my bumper. He took my phone # and said he would call me with the estimate. I waited 3 weeks for his call but it never came. I emailed their office to see if there was any progress. A woman replied and asked me to come by the garage and have the owner look at my car. I re-explained that I had already been to their garage and the owner had already looked at my car. She implied that for some reason it was my own fault that I hadnt heard back from them. I told her that the customer service they wereproviding was less than satisfactory. She basically told me that they make a lot of money towing for the police, and they dont really have time for customers like me. So I told her I was going to leave negative online feedback about my experience. The owner then tried to call me a couple of times but I was not interested in anything he was going to say; good or bad. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

very greedy guy. i dont recommend this auto body shop to anyone. They want only money and more importantly dont leave any cash when you hand in your car key to them for service. i had bad experience with leaving cash in my car with them. not sure service guys might check everything inside of your car even though you might want to replace bumper.
