They ultimately did do good work. The reason that I was less than pleased was 1) their inflated price, 2) their lack of timeliness and 3) their poor communication. Point 1: I ultimately agreed to the inflated price, so I cannot really complain about it, but I felt it appropriate to warn others of this on the review. 2) I dropped off my car on a friday and was told it would be ready to be picked up "late next week." Then, having heard nothing a week from the following Monday, I called them and was told it would be ready later that day (9 days post drop off) or the next. When I didnt hear anything on that thursday (13 days post drop off) I was told it will be ready in 30 minutes. I showed up an hour later, my car was sitting int he lot, not being worked on and not completed. When I asked for it, a 2nd salesman walked around the outside of the store and pulled my car into the repair shop, trying to be subtle about it, while I waited another 30 minutes for them to finish. I will not ever consider using them again.

Top quality work, great customer service, and one of the cleanest auto shops Ive seen anywhere. I had an accident while traveling and Carsmetics got us back on the road in pretty much the time window we had available to us before returning home. Not a place I want to have to deal with because I dont want anymore accidents, but if this is the service you need and you happen to be in Brick, NJ then this is a shop I highly recommend.
