I had a really tough nut to crack (literally, a lug nut), and no shop would touch it. I was flat-out told that an auto body shop would be the only recourse. Parkway Autobody was not an option -- they did a horrible paint job on a front fascia for me -- so I scanned local reviews. I pass by this shop daily, and I always see high-end cars getting work done. I called ahead and at first, Jack was skeptical, but he assigned Kenny to the task. Almost an hour later, the lug nut was finally off. If I didnt see it, I wouldnt believe the effort needed to put into this, or the effort Kenny applied to the problem. He never gave up, and Im truly thankful for it. When it comes time to get the front fascia fixed, the sideswipe repaired, this is my only stop. Im completely happy.

Courteous, Professional, and Responsible. I dealt with Jack to have some auto body work done from a hit and run. The shop is busy, but he took the time to provide an honest estimate and explain the work that was going to be done. When I dropped the car off he even gave me a tour of the shop. The car was repaired ahead of schedule and it looked brand new. Yes, the shop does look a little dated when compared to the competition. This shop doesnt need to hide behind a fancy waiting room with coffee and tvs. The work they do speaks for itself, honest, quality work at reasonable prices.

Ultimate went above and beyond my expectations. Their atmosphere is friendly and comfortable. The office isnt top of the line (like many places in the area), but dont let that deter you because the work they do is impeccable. They not only fixed the damage I asked of them, but made sure the rest of my car was perfect as well. When I picked it up, it looked brand new. It was also very reasonably priced, completely worth everything that they did. I will absolutely recommend this place to everyone and anyone who needs body work done. I could not be happier.

After the hood on my classic 1972 Olds 442 flew off the car from a faulty latch, Tony and the guys at Ultimate used their talent and professionalism to make it look better than before. They got the job done in good time too. Were talking a new fender , hood, painted striping, the front half of the car repainted and clear coated. They matched the paint perfectly (was not a factory color) that you cannot tell the difference. I highly recommend this shop.

My experience with this shop has been truly ultimate! I brought my BMW to get repainted and I was really blown away with the results ! The staff is absolutely amazing, great customer service and helpful attitudes! I would recommend this place to anyone and definitely will go back if I need any more car services! Ultimate auto body is by far the BEST automotive repair experience Ive ever had. Kenny and the rest of the employees I interacted with are all top notch. Pricing was more than fair. Owners rude prices very expensive 700 bucks to pain and blend a bumper and fender and I included paint and parts and installed they guy by the state fair behind florist is way cheaper and does a better job
