After an accident I left the car for repair there and after the big snow where NYC damaged my car - here are some thoughts on the experience. Overall the people I spoke with are friendly and try to help out – Norman is also nice and tries his best to assist, he will make sure all paperwork is done correctly and will give you whatever you need for insurance (email reports, estimates, arranges rental etc.) However their guys I am not so sure about. When picking up my car I had to remind them that some of the screws ware missing from the panels, particularly in the trunk few of panels ware loose and/or not screwed-in at all (I hate when they tell me it’s OK when it’s not – I had to properly secure it later myself). The back bumper wasn’t replaced because the part that screws it to the car and holds it was damaged, so they just tight it up I was told. I also thought this is why we take full insurance but apparently not. The bumper was getting worst and worsts so that one of its side’s sticks out now. My Dad and I had to fix it ourselves. The front bumper’s headlight was installed incorrectly. This one was very hard to notice at first (and I did not check the front since there was damage there from the accident) but the bottom line is that the part that supposed to hold the headlight sticks outside in front of the light as opposed to being behind it (it’s not a tiny pin). Finally I am noticing wobbling when driving more the 45MPG or so. When I visited Mavis, they told me my alignment was off and I thought they were just trying to get some business but I now know why. One other item bugs me greatly is the dirty “glass” with smudges of the dashboard from inside, and I cannot ever clean it. They ware other smaller items that were not fixed because I did not see them at first when dropping off the car (you cannot always see all damage at night and during winter), but I guess one could argue that I never told them I wanted it repaired. However I would assume the repair shop would inspect the car and estimate repair. After all, the insurance company takes the shops word and not mine.

First off i will say everyone there has a good personality... but thats pretty much it... i took my car to this place because I was in there a one time and ask how much it would be to replace a few front end parts on my car and one of the workers gave me a pretty good price, so I went with it..... Well idk who worked on my car but they sure as hell were not qualified to do so... When i got my car back i noticed something was alittle off, it took more effort to stop the car and there was some smoke coming out from under the hood... i pulled over to check and sure enough my upper radiator hose had a hole in it and there was antifreeze all over the place, with stains under the engine bay which means it didnt just happen that moment.... as for the breaks, well i was misskng a substantial amount of brake fluid, not even if they needed to disconnect the brake lines (which they shouldnt have) a normal person would replace what was lost, right?... Last but not least a majority of my spark plug wires were burnt and i was getting the wrong spark to the engine, which doenst make sense because i recently got a tune up... ill never go to these people again, and i recomend you do the same

This place is awesome. My experience from start to finish was amazing. I had an insurance claim repair done here recently. I took it in on a saturday morning (they already have a plus in my books for opening sat) and they got the paperwork started within 10 mins. They have an insurance rep on site as well who made sure everything was filled out properly. He inspected my vehicle, told me what he thought of it and what he is going to relay to the repair people. only 3 days later i got the call that the vehicle was ready to my surprise. I went in the next day and the vehicle was actually ready and the damaged parts were just like brand new. They got me out of the shop with my car in about 20 mins. Oh they also have a rental company on site if you are getting a rental from them while the car is being repaired. Throughout the intake process the repair shop and the insurance agent were friendly and understanding. At pickup, they were again extremely friendly, got me out the door and the manager came out and made sure the repairs looked good to me. I also got a follow up call the next day to make sure i was happy with the repairs.

Beware if you end up in this shop! Schemers, they will charge your insurance and cut corners on labor and material. If you dont believe me just get the invoice/list of parts from your insurance and compare it to actual work. I had to go back there several times after they fixed my car, and for every think that was not repaired properly they tried to come up with a BS reason. The new paint start cracking within weeks, I sent it back and they did not want to fix it. They claim to know BMW but they dont. They had my wheel alignment done on local shop, which is a no no for BMW with active steering and dynamic drive, that requires special equipment and procedures, of which the local shop possets none, that alone should tell you how professional the are. I would give them zero stars if I could.

I just had my car fixed there and I have to say that Im impressed! Everybody, from the lady at the front desk, to Darren who gave me the initial estimate, to Josh, the Enterprise guy who is actually there at the shop, is very friendly, pleasant and professional. They did an amazing job with the repair, it was done in the timeframe they promised and the initial estimate was my final cost. The whole experience was simple, quick, no issues whatsoever. I have been searching for a dependable, professional and convenient repair shop for many years and Im so happy that I finally found it! I highly recomend Auto Pro Collision and I will tell everyone about the amazing experience I had there.

Wow where do I start? I have been working with auto pro for years when I needed body work and continue to come to them because they take great care of my car and address all my needs. It was seamless every time, I drop my car off and get my rental and they call you when its ready. Its really that easy. Darren and Corrado are great to work with and truly define the definition of service. Not to mention my car always comes out looking brand new. Auto Pro Collision is awesome!! They are true professionals my wife banged up our Toyota Highlander on February 13th 2017 pretty bad I took it to Auto Pro Collision. After looking it over they told me it will take 3 weeks to repair. They finished it in 2 weeks and it looked like it just came out of the showroom. I refer them to everyone who needs body work, They did a fantastic job!! Thank you Corrado for an outstanding job.
