Absolutely the WORST auto repair shop I have ever seen. They kept my car for 9 months and brought it back in worse shape than it was. They took advantage of my mother who just lost her husband and his life insurance and now we are not only carless but have no money. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Ron is a con man. Awful human being. These are terrible people. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CAR!!!!! They try to blame my mother for the scratches in my car when they had repainted the door. It looks like someone keyed my car. They left soda bottles on the hood, they got paint on my bumper, and they replaced the transmission and when they brought it back it was STILL broken and now they completely bent the air conditioning line in half. He wont even tell us who redid our transmission because its one of his shadey friends. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE PEOPLE DO NOT STEP FOOT NEAR THIS PROPERTY THEY ARE AWUL MECHANICS AND AWFUL PEOPLE

this auto repair shop is a complete joke. the place was dumpy and looked like a cracked out junkyard. the workers looked cracked out as well. went there to get my air condenser fixed got a price written down for parts and labor then when i went to pick it up they raised the price 100 bucks. when i asked why and showed them the initial price written down from them the guy tried saying i was lying about it and that i wrote that price down myself. when i paid and took my car home my ac wasnt even working as they said it was. i took the car back and let them know what was going on and i told them that my air condenser still wasnt working. the guy said that i told them i wanted my air compressor fixed and not my air condenser fixed. these people are straight up trash. save yourself the time money and aggravation and take your car to smittys on hooper ave in silverton.

I find the owner of Route 37 E. Auto to be one of the most honest and genuine people I have ever met. He treats his customers with dignity and respect. His prices are extremely reasonable. Worst place ever said he would fix my car had it in the shop for three months and sent it back with many other things wrong with the car door falling off plus the same thing was wrong with it when I dropped it off these ppl kno nothing about cars at all and very mean ppl they are big liars

The absolute WORST shop ever!!!!! The hard wired wires in my car that werent supposed to be crossed and caused my car to catch fire!! Wish I could rate them at zero!! The owner Ronnie is a complete drug addict Ive found out later. They sell drugs out of the shop.

Had all my car repairs done here and I find them cheaper then other places. I havent had problems with any repairs being not done correctly. I find them all knowledgeable, friendly with reasonable rates.
