I went to about 10 auto body shops in the area to get a quote on fixing my 2016 Tesla Model S bumper trying to find someone I could trust to do the job. Some of them took pictures and my info and either never sent a quote or sent it a week later. Some didnt really want to deal with me because I was paying out of pocket and apparently all they want is insurance jobs which tells you where their head is. A couple said they would possibly fix the car but insisted on taking the bumper off to replace it which I did not want them to do for technical reasons since that would cause me other problems to fix - basically they would not even try to fix the car without taking the bumper off, not sure if for lack of skill or equipment. Carl at Ricca was the only one who looked at my car carefully, listened to exactly what I requested and gave me the most honest answer I had gotten from any other place, he simply said, "Ill try". Based on that fair and honest answer I gave him the job. He gave me an appointment and I brought the car in, long story short, I was not expecting perfection under the guidelines of not removing/replacing the bumper. And not only is Carl a great, down to earth guy but he is truly a craftsman because what he delivered was nothing short of perfection. They literally took the car back in time to the moment before I screwed up the bumper. Bottomline is I could not be more grateful and I highly recommend Carl and Greg, their crew and this place.

THIS AUTO SHOP DESERVES 100 STARS! ******** I wish I have better ways to recommend Ricca to everyone who needs auto repairs! I had the pleasure of working with Carl Ricca. I was a victim of a hit and run in New York and my car was hit badly in front. Ricca had to take care of the bumper and paint my car. I explained to Carl that I am leasing the car and I really really need it back to its original state. Not only that he worked to get me original parts, but he and his men also did a STELLAR JOB on the paint. I couldnt be happier and more satisfied with Ricca. Both Carl and Robin are most friendly and professional people that I ever worked with. The estimates were given to me within a few hours, the job took 3 days and I got free vacuum and the car was really really clean and like brand new when I picked it up. I already told my workmates about Ricca and one of my officemates is also going to get his Civic paint job done. I am extremely satisfied with the experience I had dealing with Ricca Auto Body. Before going here, I went to other body shops around the area to get an estimate on my rocker panel that had been dented and the paint scraped off from going over a snowbank and I was given very high priced estimates to have it fixed. After a search on the internet and reading other reviews I decided to give this place a try and I am very happy I did. Carl gave me the most honest answer to having it fixed as well as the most reasonable price for it to be done (which by the way was A LOT lower than the other estimates I received). My car was done exactly in 3 days as they said it would be and it came out great like nothing has happened to it before. They also included a minor scratch on my car even though I did not inquire about it. Carl, Robin, Mike, and Shamir are trustworthy, honest, and personable and I highly recommend this place!

I cant say enough good things about Carl and Robin Ricca and Mike Luciano of Ricca Auto Body. I wrecked my car pretty bad and brought it to this shop after reading the Google reviews. Its not easy to find an auto body shop you can trust. I found out you can trust these guys. My car was repaired perfectly, delivered on time and for what they said it would cost. They handled the insurance company paperwork and all I had to do was pick it up when it was done(early then expected, actually). The car was cleaner inside and out when I picked it up than when it was dropped off. Great shop, great people.

They did a awesome job fixing my Subaru it looks brand new. The guys there were very friendly and professional. I got a quote within 10 minutes. The price was much cheaper then other estimates I had gotten. They worked around my schedule and did a great job. Ricca came highly recommended by someone I work with who owned his own shop and has been in the business for over 30 years and they did not disappoint. I am an administrator at the Bergen County Technical Schools and I would recommend this body shop to anyone.

Ricca auto body did very good job on car Rang Rover Evoque and my car in very new condition. Some old man did not stop at stop sign and hit car. My insurance agent Travelers told me Ricca auto body have good review. Due to my car is new Ricca auto body needed order all new parts directly from Rang Rover and replaced all damages and fixed my car in same condition as before. I am happy with the professional service and personal touch. It made me feel much better. Today picked my car and it is almost like new again! :)

Robin and Carl did a great job repairing my car. Painted and replaced part is indistinguishable from new. Ricca ordered the parts ahead of time and had the car back to me the next day. Before another satisfied customer recommended Ricca to me, Id gone to another shop for an estimate. The other shop said the repair would take 1 week and gave me an estimate for double the cost. I wouldnt hesitate to bring my vehicle to Ricca for any body work I might need in the future.

More than a Great experience with this guys!! Brought my 2014 Ford Escape after an accident, since the first day Carl convinced me that I came to the right place with his knowledge and ability to deal with Insurance Companies. The estimated lead time for the repair was very accurate and the quality excellent. My car looks like brand new. I spent around half hour waiting for one of the owners just for him to tell me, ill send you an estimate by email something that i never received and also never call me back. He spent the time trying to look like he knew what he was talking about and calling people by phone, when he had a customer at that moment in his office. Also, complained about his employees, saying that they dont have education etc. If you dont trust them why should i trust your business?
