Let me preface this review with keeping in mind my car hasnt been to shop yet. This is the pre-customer experience. Also some background, I own an 2013 Volcano Red Metallic Audi S4. I stopped short to avoid a front collision with a deer, but sadly while I was stopped a deer ran directly into the rear passenger side door. I am putting this claim through insurance. Reading the previous reviews on yelp about this shop, I am disappointed that for one there werent many and second that two out of the three there were negative. Also they were not European cars either. My expectations for any professionally run business is number one, they are there to make money, they are not here for charity cases. Number two they should be responsive and respectful to there customers. Number three, they should have a standard of care and a process to ensure the quality of there work. These should all be apparent before dealing with the business. That said my pre-customer experience has been satisfactory as so far. Jerry came by and personally inspected my car and made it very hard to decline his services. Additional he noticed work done to my car in May 2016 when I had hit a deer in the front of my car and he was not impressed. (These deer are attracted to me I think??). Long story short $16,000 was the final repair billed to insurance. Jerry noticed that there were some serious imperfections in the paint and workmanship. I had discussed this with my previous auto body shop, they started rattling off excuses about how the paint is hard color metal never fits exactly like factory. I would have pressed further, but I dont know much about body and I accepted there work. I wasnt happy with there work and Jerry was able to identify a solution he told me that he could rebill the insurance company for the work done on my car previously. I was very happy to hear that he is specialist in his field and has worked with many Audi and Volkswagen products. Additionally he would be able to repair the damage that have I on the car now. I am looking forward to working with them and I will be completing a final review when the work has been completed. So far it has been an enjoyable experience. P.S: I noticed that Anthony has been responding to social media comments, so Anthony if your reading this. I take comfort in the fact that you have the mind set of "lets do this right the first time, instead of lets do this cost effectively and see how long we can get away with this". Worst Company Ever! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! I brought my 2009 Mercedes C300 to this location to get it re-painted. When I came to pick my car up it had a new dent in it which they refused to fix it and threatened to call the police on me if i did not leave. Second you can see where the paint streaks on the car. Also instead of putting my badge which should have been c300 on the car they put on CLS300. They are supposed to be Mercedes Specialists and did not even know what type of car I had, I had to tell them. WORST COMPANY EVER DO NOT GO!!!
