The work done on the truck is almost flawless. Theres only two very small imperfections in the clear coat that you can barely see. However the problem was how long it took to get my truck back. It took almost 40 days from the time I dropped it off until the time I got it back. I drove by the shop once in a while on my way home from work and for the first two weeks it hadnt been worked on and it just sat outside in the same shape I had left it. I can understand if theyre backed up but it wouldve been nice for them to let me know they wouldnt be able to start on it right away. All I did was hit a deer, and while they found a lot of extra damage thats not an excuse to take 40 days to fix it. Every time I called they were "still ordering parts" or "still waiting for parts" Its an f150, you can find any part for that truck and have it the same week. The estimated time for my truck to be finished was pushed back 5 times. There were three times we called and the person we needed to speak to wasnt available so we left a message with the secretary. He only called back one time out of the three we called. So if you dont mind waiting I guess this wouldnt be a bad place to take your vehicle.

Very disappointed. Worked on rust on my back wheel well. Said he couldnt guarantee it wouldnt come back. I thought if it did come back it wouldnt be after only four months and to me looks worse than before I just shook me head and walked away. Thats just the way it is I was told actually. I spent extra money a lot extra to have them do it cause the first price seemed to cheep and the turn around time of one day didnt seem realistic. I was planing on bring them more work. I got a call from the body shop thats redoing their work . What a mess they found after taking it apart. 4/13 I went to the other body shop to see what they had to cut out from what these guys did what a mess it was. On 4/16 got to talk with the owner and he said he will never deal with my type of person again. I wonder what that means

Unbelievably perfect match! Other shops where concerned to do the job because I had the door off and they would not guarantee a match. The paint is perfect and Tom was professional and extremely helpful. I had the door back in 1 day and back together the next. Thank you!

I got into a car accident last year n the damage was bad. By the time I got my truck back it was like new. They also wash your car n clean the in side of the vehicle. I can say they deserve the 5 stars. Your car get return back to u like new.
