I never write reviews, but I was so happy with my experience with this shop that I wanted to thank them. I was in an accident in the middle of the night. The owner came to the shop after hours to open the shop so my vehicle wouldnt be left outside over night. Then, he personally gave me ride home. First thing the next morning, they had made arrangements for a rental car for me to drive while my car was being repaired. My car was repaired quickly and was detailed in and out before being returned to me. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to help me in my time of need!

they have had my car for over a month and a half.. not even one call to update me or anythin.. everytime i call.. the lady hangs up on me...they keep telling me itll be ready this week.. next week.. a couple more days.. still no car... i cannot rate how good of a job they do yet, but a month and a half without a car is crazy.. am not from pa, so its been very difficult for me to even go to work sometimes.. this is too much... please if u need ur car to done sometime this year.. dont take it there.. if i knew i woulda sold it and bought a new car...

Liberty is an amazing place to get work completed on your car or even just for a check up. Moving into Philly from NYC I was struggling to find someone I could trust with my car and Ben/Liberty Collision is the place. My car was hit twice when it was parked here in Philly. Vehicle was in terrible shape and I wasnt sure where to go. Ben is a great guy and quickly restored my vehicle back to 100%. This place has very fair pricing and such a good vibe. They even detailed my car which I was super thankful for. Would recommend to anyone!

10 years Im a client, but I am a good driver...lol Every time I had a car accident their company always comes to my rescue with their tow truck. I appreciate them always being quick with repairs, professional, and reasonably priced. The owner and his wife were very nice and attentive every time I called with my 100 questions, they were always patient when helping me. I had my Ford F150 fixed with Liberty Collision and they helped me doing everything from calling the insurance company to setting me with a rental and have my truck back to me with in right amount of time with all the damage i had I would go back there anytime and tell everyone i know to go there. Ive been coming to liberty collision from my first accident back in 2010 and the work theyve done is awesome one accident was over 4000 dollars in damage and my car car back look like it was never hit and Ive even sent friends and family there and they were more than satisfied of the quality of work and they said theyll be back

These guys did a great job with my car in such a fast manner. It was in a bad wreck that smashed my driver door and front bumper. They helped me with the rental throughout the whole process and made sure I was taken care of. Amazing customer service!
