A few years back a deer hit my BMW 330Cic. Her fault, entirely. I called my insurer, a large company in Texas. I reported the accident, and asked if they could recommend an auto body shop. They replied that I could take the car to any body shop that I wanted to do the work, but that Executive Auto Body in Willow Grove is an approved agent of my insurance company. (Difference is that my insurer does not send a company appraiser to confirm the damage or the estimate; Executives Cresson handles all in one stop as an agent of my insurance company) . Your BMW automobile has many endearing qualities, but "cheap to fix" is definitely not one of those qualities. Hood was badly bent, the front grill was gone etc. My guess was that it would cost at least $5K to fix. A week later I went back, the car looked new, and it was much less expensive than I guessed. I have been back a few times since (teenage driver in house), and whether I am paying or my insurance company is paying, price is always appropriate and the work flawless. As good as it gets.

Outstanding Work. Family owned. I paid the price they quoted, they finished earlier than projected and my car looked new. They also were very easy to deal with. They took the insurance info and everything was done without need of me, smoothly start t end.

The staff here is friendly and very customer service oriented. I had a small repair job done and found an issue a few weeks later. I took the car back and they fixed it in a matter of minutes at no charge. The car looks great!
