I brought my car in for a hit and run when this place was called Collision Care. Two door panels needed straightening and a hinge needed to be realigned. The first time I went to pick up my car, they totally missed the back door dent and I had to point it out to them to their surprise. 1 week later, I picked it up and there were scratches all over my interior door panels, overspray all over the car and glass, a punctured door speaker where someones screwdriver went through it, numerous cosmetic defects (weather trim, seatbelt adjuster, etc) and weld splatter on windows on the other side of the car. Tom Beswick was my case manager and tried to satisfy my every request, but ultimately their technicians rushed the job and just didnt pay attention to details. Ok for your family mini-van you dont care about, but please dont take in your prized sports-car. The only reason I didnt give them 1 star is because of Toms commitment to customer service.

Someone randomly threw a brick into my back windshield when my car was parked and it slipped across the top of my car. I picked this place because they were close to home and could fit me in the next morning. They did a great job, as in, I couldnt see a trace of the damage, but they left bits of broken glass in the back seat; my car was not cleaned properly for the $2000+ they received from my insurance. Also, Im writing his review almost a year later - I was driving on the highway last weekend and one of the 2 roof rubber strips that line the sides of the roof detached and flopping around. Luckily, a part was still attached but o had no idea what had happened (aside from the noise) until I reached my destination 30 min later. Just makes me question the integrity of the work that was done which, mind you, the warranty will not transfer over to the new owner of I sell my car...

I brought my car here to get repaired after I was rear ended. The person who hit me had very poor budget insurance, that did everything possible to avoid paying for the damages done to my car. Keith went above and beyond to make sure that not only my car was fixed to a high standard, but provided beyond professional quality and friendly service. Keith made dealing with this very difficult situation and obnoxious insurance company as smooth as humanly possible given the shenanigans the insurance company was trying to pull. The staff at caliber have made me a caliber customer, and I highly recommend getting your car fixed at caliber. I was not paid for this review, I am just a very satisfied and happy customer with the level of service me and my car received. -Jose

My mirror was knocked off while my car was parked along the street, and I took my car here because it was closest to my home. Buddy did a great job of communicating every step of the repair process to me, including sending me update text messages. When more repairs were needed beyond the initial estimate, he was happy to show me the photos of what they found and explain what it would involve. He laid out the cost of each portion of the job, including the price of OEM parts (unfortunately, no aftermarket available), paint matching, labour, and so on. Excellent service from start to finish. Id recommend them to anyone.

Small siting area. Local street parking and small parking lot for clients. Theres a small waiting area inside and customers are offered free popcorn. Strangely enough, one of the mechanics remembered the make and model of the car I had service there 2 years ago. Pleasant staff.

Horrible service and communication skills... It took over two weeks to receive my car back for a few scratches on the bumper and trunk... The Geico employees that work out of this place are the pure essence of lazy. Dont waste your time...please go somewhere else..
