I gave 4 stars because I gave the zero I wanted to then it wouldnt get posted like the other negative on this site. Ive dealt with some shady people in my day but this repar shop is the worst. I feel stupid thats I was a return customer. When we went to pick up our car the repairs were not done correctly. We were told that they would fix it. It didnt happen. They are very good at telling you what you want to hear but they are only interested in seeing you gone. We were lied to about the repair status and it took weeks to get the car back. The battery was dead and they never told us. They jumped it in back and drobve it around never saying a word but told us the car has no gas...We never run it that low and went to the gas station up the street to fill it up, the car would not start after that. I understand that the car was sitting but they could have told us so we could get a new battery right from there. We think CDs are missing from the back of the car along with a tow ball and hitch but we will look around better to see if we removed them from the car. I will repost if we find them but I am pretty sure they were in the car. Bottom line: They do not care about the customers.

I brought my 2010 Dodge Charger straight to Moppert Brothers after an at-fault collision I had in Blackwood, NJ, only about half a mile down the road from the shop. Since I have Geico insurance, Moppert Brothers works closely with Geico, insuring your car will be completely covered for the damages during the accident. I met with the Geico estimator, and within a week, I had my car back looking better than it did before I had had the accident. They explained to me the shop I had taken my vehicle to in Philadelphia for a paint job on the hood, did not do a great job, and even visually showed me the difference in look between the hood I had gotton fixed in Philadelphia, to their paint job they had done on my front bumper. Extremely friendly employees and mechanics. I would 100% take my car back here, and I recommend it to every person I know who needs auto body care.

My car is a mint condition Mercedes. I dropped it off to get the bumper fixed with EXTREMELY MINOR repair. Picked up the car in the pouring rain so I didnt notice it then but the next day noticed the work on the bumper was OK, but in the meantime my car now has a scratch and a knick taken out of the paint on the front left fender like something was dropped, hit, or rubbed against it. I noticed the young guys in the back rushing around and moving the dropped off cars as fast as they could and speeding through the parking lot so they could leave at closing time so Im guessing it was one of them. At this point I am sick because my car was flawless. The amount of damage on the bumper was about the same as the knick on the fender so its a lose lose situation for me! Would NOT recommend this shop!

I was sent here by GEICO after my 4 runner was hit in parking garage at work. Bumper and rear quarter panel needed to be replaced and painted. We joked about what color they were going to paint the truck...but I was nervous. If you are dealing with insurance, system is great!! Enterprise and Geico are on site along with Moppert. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. In an hour I had an estimate, a date for completing work, and was on my way in a rental. I dropped my vehicle off on Tuesday morning and work was to be completed on Monday. Imagine my delight when they called Friday afternoon and said my car was ready to come home!! My car looks beautiful and I challenge anyone to identify the repair!

I just received my 2006 Civic back from Moppert Brothers in Turnersville, NJ. The customer service, work quality, and professionalism was excellent. Hands down, the best body shop I have dealt with! My front end was damaged. The car came back quickly (under the time frame they told me over the phone) with a perfect paint job (I detail cars). Because a front headlight assembly was replaced, a side light blew out (no fault of Moppert bros). I brought the vehicle back and they assisted me promptly.

Dropped my car off on a Monday morning, just got it back on Wednesday afternoon! I was kept in the loop and everyone was so friendly. While I hope I dont have a reason to use them in the future, I would definitely go back and recommend them to everyone! They made the process that could have been a headache a breeze!

Best experience Ive had by far. They went above and beyond, were so friendly and helpful and kept me updated with text messages along the way so I was aware of what was happening and when to expect my car to be finished. They also cleaned my car on the inside and out. Absolutely amazing service!

Had my car there for a bumper replacement and air conditioning condenser replacement thru the insurance The entire process was smooth and very efficient would recommend them to everyone and to top it off my car was washed!!Very professional !!!

Fixed the front bumper on my truck. Was supposed to be done on Tuesday...wasnt done until Friday. Repair looks great though. Will definitely use again for future repairs because of the quality of work and their guarantee.
