I was referred to Convenience Collision by my wife’s co-worker. I then read the positive reviews online just as you are now. I needed some minor body work done to my 2012 Centennial Edition Corvette Grand Sport about 4 months ago. This car is very special to me and I didn’t want to go to just any body shop. Right from the get go my experience with both Preston and Matthew (the owner) was extremely positive. My car was ready on time as promised and looked fantastic. However, about a month later I noticed an issue with the finish on the front bumper. Needless to say I was not a happy camper. I brought the car back in to discuss the issue and Matt was more upset than I was. He could not apologize enough for the inconvenience and promised to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. I work in customer service for an IT company and understand that things happen from time to time, problems do occur. It’s how they are handled and resolved that make all the difference. Matt prioritized my car, provided a loaner car, and returned it in just a few days looking like new again. It has been a few months and no additional issues have come up. Even though there was an issue, I was happy with the level of service I received enough to return to CC when I needed my Infiniti repaired after a multi-car accident happened in front of me and I didn’t have enough room to stop. The car looked like brand new when I arrived to pick it up and I couldn’t be happier! I HOPE I don’t need their services again anytime in the near future but if I do need body work done, at least I know where I’m going to bring my car.

Extremely pleased with the work of Matthew and his team at Convenience Collision. The scope of work to restore my 1970 Porsche 911E was a very tall order, with rust remediation, metal work, body and paint, and Convenience Collision demonstrated masterful knowledge and craftsmanship during each step of the process. After my first interaction with CC, I left extremely impressed with the caliber of the work, the level of the cars worked on, the attention to detail in correctness/authenticity, and most importantly–the level of customer service. I’ve hired several “body shops” in my time–and it is rarely pretty how the sausage is made. Matthew and his team take the work & business operations to the next level, and are amazing at making sure you are as informed and engaged in the process as you’d prefer. In my case, receiving frequent updates on my restoration, with photos and messages each step of way helped me feel next to the project–even from across the country. I’m happy to state my sincere satisfaction with both the process and results from Convenience Collision. They helped to transform my ratty barn find project into an authentic time capsule worthy of any concours lawn. To me, not only is CC a trusted resource for restoration, body & paint, but their superior customer service has made them a family friend as well. I highly recommend Convenience Collision for the most discerning of customers, and valuable of cars. Looking forward to the next project!

Matt and his team are absolute, consummate professionals, although what stands out the most for me is their "Mom and Pop" mentality when it comes to their clients. That is a rare quality that sadly most of us have come to think of as existing only in the past during our grandparents time. After my BMW X3 was smashed into by a distracted driver, Matt and his team helped me out tremendously and at every turn. From the very beginning of my extraordinarily stressful ordeal, they truly went above-and-beyond when it comes to the time spent with me to explain how I could advocate for my situation...often times these conversations even took place outside of their work hours to convene my schedule! They quoted the law to educate me to make sure that I fully understood what my legal rights were...who does that nowadays?!?!?!? I live in the Bridegwater, NJ, area but I can tell you that I would never hesitate to reach out to them should I ever need them again. These are people you can actually trust. I will never forget how much they partnered with me and how they were always a quick phone call/email away. They take pride in their work, they have the utmost integrity and they put the customers experience 1st....and it shows!

Above and Beyond, without the crazy run around. Outstanding! Went to talk to Matthew about a body work repair on my Mini Cooper, wanting it done before the bad weather set in, knowing I could really only afford just that one (for now), Matthew explained why it needed to be done at all (prior bad work) and explained how it would be done if it were to be done right. Brought my car in so that it Would Be done right and came back at pick up time. Perfect Repair...inclusive of another repair that I hadnt dared ask for because it wasnt in my budget...Matthew said: "I had the bumper off so i had access, so i just smoothed out that area while I was there" ( the additional tab? zero!) I am so mind numbingly tired of being "taken" by garages of all kinds that I was amazed that hed done this additional bit, just because he could. I also have a miserable time believeing what Im being told at garages...I dont and havent ever felt that way with Matthew. Naturally, Ive already set appointments up for additional cars needing attention and I have No Doubt that I will get outstanding work and fair prices...again without any run around. Couldnt possibly be happier. I believe I have Finally found My Shop!

This has been the best experience I have ever dealt with from any type of repair shop. I live in Piscataway NJ and when my 2010 BMW needed to go into a body shop I called my local BMW dealer and they gave me Convenience Collisions number. I called and from the start they were amazing to deal with. I didnt expect for them to be ACTUALLY CONVENIENT! But boy were they! They drove from PA to pick my car up from the dealer and dropped me off a LOANER! Which NO BODY SHOP ANYWHERE GIVES LOANERS. But Convenience Collision does and they dropped it off to me at my front door. They then repaired my car and kept in contact with me. When my car was done the owner Matt dropped it off right to my driveway. Not only was the service amazing and the repairs are beautifully done but when I initially spoke with Matt he ended the call with have a great day and God Bless. As a Christian this really hit me and I knew God had me in the right hands. I recommend Convenience Collision to everyone as you will get the BEST OF SERVICE bc they give it to STAY IN FAVOR WITH GOD. Thank you Matt and Preston for everything in the case I ever need a body shop again CONVENIENCE COLLISION IS WHERE I AM GOING. Many Blessings

Convenience Collision is far and away the best experience that Ive ever had with a body shop, or any automotive services vendor for that matter. Because the name says it all: "convenience". These guys take a bad situation and make it better. ! Limited paper work, no hassle, just great and courteous service! Most importantly: their work is flawless - I wouldnt send my Subaru Legacy to just any shop, and I would never use any other shop...If youre thinking about using another auto body shop: Forget about it! Plus my car looked and smelled like if I just drove it off of the dealership lot... Looks spanking brand new as day 1... And they even cleaned the inside of my car which I never had done with any other collision shop that I dealt with thru the years...... A++++ Collision shop I am defianely referring my friends and family and I will be back I the future if needed..... And Mathew even sat me down and showed me pictures of vehicles from when they where brought in to when the job was finished the whole process of tearing a car apart to putting it all back together as new....... Awesome work they do.... Thank you from the bottom of my heart and God Bless you and your family..........
