My daughter is a new driver, do I need to say anything else? This was my first experience with West Side. My insurance adjuster suggested them and I agreed. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Mike is a bit of a perfectionist. My car looked better after the accident then it did before! The work is amazing. Im sad that you need to have an accident to work with them.

Excellent Service. I was recommended to West Side Auto Body and would happily recommend them to everyone. When I was involved in an accident they took care of everything for me, from dealing with the insurance company to arranging a hire care whilst mine was being repaired. The repair was first class as was the service.

High Quality Business. The staffs at West Side are professional and courteous. They handle all my routine maintenance and inform me of larger upcoming services so I can plan ahead. I never feel like they are trying to bump up the workload or increase their profit. Its great knowing I can trust the team at West Side.

Passenger door was hit in an accident and after it was repaired no one could get the remote to work. It was an odd problem and no one could find the problem - let alone fix it. West Side did not stop until they solved the problem. Amazing is not a grand enough word for these people - they are that good!

Best Shop in Philadelphia! I had some bodywork done recently by West Side Autobody, and couldnt have been more satisfied! The staff was very pleasant and helpful, taking care of everything from beginning to end, the insurance claim process was made painless with them. I definitely recommend these guys.

Three times I have had to have body work done. Three times these people have done fantastic work with fantastic service...going way beyond just the ordinary. The body work has matched the original so closely it is impossible to tell the cars had ever been damaged.

I dont want to put this company on blast because they seemed like nice people and they did do good work. We have unfinished business which many would classify as insurance fraud. I hope this review leads to the response my insurance agent was promised.

Wanted auto painting but they do not paint but they did give a referral to Maaco so this was helpful.
