This was hands down the most ridiculous experience Ive ever had with a mechanic. After I got into an accident that required towing services on Cold Spring Creamery Rd., Fred Beans picked it up and brought it to their facility, less than a 5 minute tow. For this, they charged me $300. Then once they had my car, they took over a week just to move it from the storage lot into the main lot. The towing charge to move it from one lot to another, by the way: $50. They then spent another 6 weeks (I know that sounds like it may be an exaggeration, but believe me I was counting the days) ordering the wrong parts and sending them back several times and leisurely repairing parts of it whenever they felt like it. All the while the charges kept piling up and up. The original estimate of a $1320 total ended up being $2200 by the time they had their way. I called their establishment once every 2-3 days throughout this time hoping that they might have made progress but every time I called there was a new snag and they would have to get back to me next week. All in all, this is one of the worst experiences of my entire life (and Im not saying worst mechanic experiences or worst customer service experiences, worst period). 1 star do not recommend giving these people your business if you have any other option.

I recently took my Mazda 3 in to get work done on it. From the time I walked in the door the experience was amazing. The ladies at the front desk were so polite. The estimator did an amazing job with a thorough and profound estimate on my vehicle. Not long after it went down and got the work done and I got calls step by step on the process and the timetable that it would return to me. This is the only body shop I will go to in the area after how theyve helped me get back on the road and comfortable in my car again. A++++ job Carstar!

Several months ago I was rear ended at a stop light and had a damaged rear bumper and some other minor damage. I took my car to CARSTAR for the repairs. I could not be more pleased with the repairs. Yopu cannot tell there was ever any damage, the special paint matches perfectly. Their customer service was great and my car was done in just 2 days. I reccommend CARSTAR to nanyone who needs their car body repaired.

Great service! I called to have my car towed to the Nissan dealership for a new tire. Within 20 minutes they came and were able to put enough air in my tire for me to drive there without a tow. They followed me to the dealership to be sure I didnt have a problem. They saved me time and money which is a beautiful thing!

Thank you for making my wifes car look brand new! Even though my insurance company was difficult with approving parts and work, you were all so nice EVERY time she called. Such nice people! Just went in for an estimate, through State Farm, and I was so impressed by the employees there! Just nice for no reason! Lol. As I waited, I enjoyed a complimentary warm cup of coffee and a cold bottle of water! Would definitely do business with, if I get the chance!

my car was a mess, and they made it look better than new! such professionalism is rare to find today, when so many places offer poor customer service. Fred Beans Collision treated both myself and my vehicle like we were their #1 customer.

do they do a good job? Yes. However, apparently they order the wrong parts, or wrong parts are being delivered, and theyve had my car for over four weeks now ... Stop telling me "tomorrow well get the part before noon" !! Never again!

So far I dont have a good experience at this place. It took forever to get my car tow, and then I have to wait almost a whole week to get some kind of written estimate. Lets see what will happen next.....
