On December 11, 2012 I was in a car acccient by a hit and run driver in Upper Darby, PA. i had my car towed to Paul Brothers because of the professional, wonderful experience I had with them a few years ago. Meanwhile, through all my frustration the guys at Paul Brothers assured me things would work out okay. I did not have to contact the my insurance company all of that was handled by a Paul Brothers representative. Also, i was informed often of the progress of the body repair. I can truly report if you want professinals working on your vechile take it to Paul Brothers. These guys do outstanding work, they are truly a great team to work with in a not so pleasant accident situtation. The Paul Brothers team you guys are GREAT!!!!

I randomly came across this place through google when I hit my car on a wall. The collision team, especially Don, helped me right away and kept everything professional. Unfortunately for me I was hit the day after I payed for the the prior parts, so again they helped me out and ordered other parts on top of the other damages. The car was done in a timely manner and I had no issues. Part 2 consisted of a quick battery change, they had everything done within 15-20 minutes and again, they were friendly and professional. I highly reccomend this place and had a wonderful experience with them.

Hands down the best customer service Ive had anywhere! Ill recommend this shop to anyone that asks. Service at the front desk was great. Rich was particularly amazing - he was thorough and informative with all facets of the repair. He handled the majority of correspondence with both insurance companies, adjusters, and car rental. (By the way, I would NOT recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car in University City.) Cant say enough about Rich and my entire Paul Bros Auto Body Experience. My car came back looking brand new - they really went above and beyond. Many thanks!!

Just had a really great experience with Paul Brothers Auto Body. Accident was on the ice a long way from home..they arranged the tow, handled all the conversations with my insurance company (for the first claim, and then when additional damage turned up during the repair, handled the second as well), juggled the car back and forth to the Toyota repair shop nearby for the engine work and did a great job on the auto body...ensured I came out whole even when my rental replacement coverage fell a bit short. Courteous service, good folks.

excellent service I hit a deer on my way to work and the deer tore the whole side of my car up. i just knew i would get my car back to the way it was befor. not untill i came to paul bros auto body shop. my car look good as new. the funny thing is i had 3 shops to choose from paul bros being the furthest from me i picked them and im glade i did. The service was great friendly people what more can i ask for. i have a mechanic already but if something else was to happen to my car i found a new family thanks paul bros your the best.

I first choose Paul Bros. because of there proximity to my job. In the past I have went out to the way to go to Maaco, I will never do that again. Paul Bros. repaired my vehicle quickly with the utmost professional service. They cleaned the interior and exterior so well that I thought it was professionally detailed. The workmanship was superior to Maaco and the cost was even better. I worked with manager Addaie Amankawaah and I highly recommend you use them for all your auto body needs.

I cannot believe how well I was taken care of. I was hesitant to use this shop prior (but only because the were new to me), but they have set the standard on professionalism for me. My insurance company recommended them and Im glad they did. I cannot shower them with enough praise. Friendly, responsive, supportive.... They do great with the small touches. Knowledgeable with great customer service. Brought my car in and even though they couldnt help with it, they were extremely helpful with advice for what alternative services I might attain. When I was in an accident I chose this autoshop and they definitely brought my car back to life...Addaie is very friendly and on point with the insurance companies about making sure your car is back to A1. Til this day I still see addaie with any accident problems because hes honest and trust worthy and will take good care of you... my goto auto shop I highly recommend.

Took my toyota camry to them as it was keyed. The whole process was smooth. They kept me informed about the progress and took care of communicating with the insurance company. The quality of work was outstanding. Basically they had to repaint the whole car and when I picked it up, it looked brand new. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
