When an idiot drove into my Audi, they initially towed it to a small local body shop, where the insurance company assured me were certified to do the work. Based on past experience, I insisted that they take it to the shop where Audi has their work done. Once there, suddenly the insurance company was convinced that the damage was bad enough to total it. It would obviously have been more financially advantageous for tgem to repair it, but after finding so much more damage than the first shop, they did the right thing and helped ensure that it was totaled. Also, they have done minor body work for me in the past, always top notch work.

Was really quite impressed with people, facilities and quality of work. I went in for a minor touch up and they had it done same-day, interior and exterior cleaned. Would definitely recommend and will absolutely be going back should I need any more work. Also, contrary to the 1 star review by Alexander Leuser, I am (well) under 40 and couldnt have been treated better.

If you go there for service and youre under 40 they dont take you seriously. I was actually startled at how rude they were.
