I never write reviews. I read them, but dont write them. This is my first. My car was badly damaged while sitting outside my house, early on a Saturday morning. P & J had their tow guy there within an hour. Friendly and fast. The car had serious damage that required thousands of dollars of work, and in the end took more time than initially projected (more damage than they thought with parts on back order - not their fault at all). I was driving a rental that State Farm was only paying 80% of, up to $1,000. My final rental bill was $1100 and change. After talking with State Farm, they called P & Js, and called me back within 10 minutes. "They said theyll pay the hundred dollars, and merry Christmas. Call them and talk to Pat". Pat said he was putting a check in the mail for $100. Theres a reason hes been in business for over 20 years. He doesnt just know cars, he knows people. I finally found my repair guy. -Andrew

So my car got towed hate Thanksgiving morning at 2:30am and of course I could not pick it up then so I had to wait the next morning they were opened. When I could not get there when they opened, the receptionist not only waived my overnight fee but gladly waited a couple minutes past their closing hours to let me get my car. I am not sure if youve ever dealt with tow companies but they rarely will try to accommodate your schedule key alone your fees due. Thank you!!

I didnt even get to the point of offering them my business! I called with a simple question concerning work on my car and the receptionist was incredibly rude and actually proceeded to mock me for even asking. She had to go fetch her boss (presumably one of the mechanics) to answer my question and he was just as bad-mannered and surly. HORRIBLE customer service. I feel bad for anyone who has done business with them!

I LOVE these guys. They work with you and your insurance company to make sure your car gets fixed fast and beautifully. But I got even more than that. My car was older, and would have been "totaled" because a door panel and a bumper "cost too much" according to the insurance company. So they found a used door that was in excellent shape, and fixed my car. LOVE you guys! :)

Receptionist is rude. I made several calls with them trying to price out my car work and she made it seem like it was burden for me to ask questions instead of her trying to help me get my car fixed. Went with someone else in the end because of her

Did repair in a few hours perfectly. I live in neighborhood so they took me home and picked me up. Most trustworthy. Among the most competent and reasonably priced. Very highly recommended. Also very nice.

When my dealership refused to work on my van door because of previous work on it, P&J took care of it. They did a great job, stand by their work, and even helped out with taking care of a rental.
