Hit a huge piece of steel sitting in middle lane of I-78 at night. Tore bottom off of core support, condenser, radiator, intercooler and oil pan -- and obliterated the front apron. These super-nice fellows were the ones that State Farm recommended, and sure enough they very politely agreed to fetch and tow my car from an Exxon station on a Saturday morning after the accident. True to their word, they had the car completely repaired and back to me in 10 business days -- and it was absolutely better-than-new. Car looked and drove better than when I last drove it. They even picked me up at the nearest Park & Ride, 15 miles south in Clinton, and had my car out front of their shop shining like new. I drove the car 8.5 hours to Charlotte without fear or incident. These guys are the nicest, best and most professional auto body folks I have experienced in nearly 4 decades of driving. Do not take your car anywhere else.

These people are the most unprofessional ive ever seen. When my cars front end was damaged, it took them over a month to fix it (granted it needed alot of work) and it was impossible to get a progress update if you didnt walk into their garage. They also put the WRONG hood and grill piece on my car and didnt even paint the grill. It looked pitiful. Another good part was because my mom paid for it while I was away on travel (to avoid a storage charge) they told me tough luck and they wouldnt fix anything they did wrong. After fighting with them, I got them to paint the grill. And best yet, their price came out $500 OVER the insurance quote that they said they would be able to meet. Do not use this shop. They are con artists and dont deserve your business.

We have 2 - 17 yr old drivers in the family, J & D is the only place that we take our cars. Always reliable, always up front, and always honest. I do recommend them to anyone. We just had a 2003 Volkswagon Passat that had a deer run into the side of it. Fixed better than the day we bought it. Also a 2011 Chevy HHR front end damage, fixed and looks as good as the day I bought it.

I towed my car here to get an quote because they would not come out to make a quote. They asked me to leave the car so they can make the quote. The quote was too high and I took my car elsewhere. They charged my storage charges of $120. Crooks 0 I am glad I didnt use them after all. I am better off paying the $120 and moving on.

Incredible job on quickly and professionally dealing with replacing a front bumper, grid, etc. on our Toyota Highlander! I was able to schedule the fix within a week, - dropped it off on a Tuesday and picked it up that Friday morning in time for the holiday weekend, - thats great service!
