Words cannot describe how pleased I am with this business. They were very good with communicating about the progress of my car and completed within a reasonable time frame. Also, they stayed past closing time for me to pick my car up. My insurance company wanted me to drive 30 minutes to one of their "speedy shops" to have the adjuster look over my vehicle. The owner of this business told them no way and had them go there. Saved me over an hour of my time! Then, Brian (the owner) negotiated with my insurance company and had my deductible lowered $200!!!!! Brian explained that they have a no hassle warranty for as long as I own this car. He also offered to help me if I ever needed any parts (which he gets cheaper than the box stores). The work done to the car looks great. Not only did they do a good job on that, they also detailed the entire car! It looks absolutely great, and smells amazing too. It is extremely rare to have a business care so much about its customers anymore. Barry Hackert went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Seriously, just go here. Dont even look at other auto body shops. They will not even come close to compare to this company.

Brian Hackert is an absolute stud!! This is the straight-up best auto body shop you could ever visit. Brian has taken care of my families cars on 3 or 4 occasions, and the work has always been impeccable. Not once have I felt like I was taken advantage of, and, in fact, on this last repair, Im pretty sure he took a little hit b/c the insurance company would not approve a new hood and he took it upon himself to get me one. Ok so this is a few months later but still important. Some idiot hit my 3 day old Audi a few months ago and because Audi does not have a body shop I began my search. I was concerned about where to take it because I wanted it done right. I saw the reviews and decided to go and check the place out. I spoke to Brian and he made me feel at ease. The insurance adjusters respect him and speak highly of there work. Used all original parts and the work is flawless. Thanks Brian

Stop in and speak with Brian. He is a very nice guy and will do what ever he can to see that you are happy. Been going to him for many years myself with all manner of things from simple bumper replacement to fitting custom hoods and crash damage. Very good work at a fair price and faster than most other shops. Stop in and speak to them if you want to get crash damage repaired or do custom paint and body work. He is willing to take the time with any one to listen.

Brian, his assistant and garage staff are very courteous and hard working. They are great to talk with and deal with. You will not get better quality work than at Barry Hackerts shop. Brian goes out of his way to make sure he gets me the best price on parts also. I have four vehicles, so I have been there quite a bit. I will always trust Brian, because he is a real honest man. Hands down, the best group of people to work with if you have body damage to your vehicle. Brian (son & now owner) worked w me on everything and even fixed my door handle (unrelated to accident) for free as part of the claim. I cant say enough. Use this shop! Thx

Turned my car around in one day after I hit a deer. Secured me a rental car and dealt with the insurance company for me. This is the second time Ive been there and couldnt recommend their services more. The repairs look great! They not only cleaned the entire outside of the car but the inside too, which was full of dog hair and hadnt been cleaned for awhile. Definitely go above and beyond.
