My car was backed into while I slept in a hotel room. The culprit was honorable and filed a claim, then came out and handed me all the info I needed on a sheet of paper, as I stared in disbelief at my damaged rear end. Through his insurer, AAA, I found a body shop nearby for a quote, which was this place. I made an appointment, and when I arrived, there was zero wait. Quick, efficient, and fair. However, I felt more comfortable having the work done at the dealer. So, I quickly realized that the closest Honda dealer to me was over the bridge in New Jersey, and their hours werent the greatest. Plus, they wanted me to set up an appraisal as well, which Id already had done at Auto Show. Im getting married in a couple weeks, so I have enough to do without all that, so I decided to have it done at Auto Show, and Im so very glad I did. They called me with every update, just as promised, and like clockwork. Just picked my car up today, and not only did they do a flawless job, but they vacuumed it and washed the exterior as well. Furthermore, I had a prior out-of-town engagement set for the Friday that it would be ready, and I couldnt come pick it up, so they had no problem at all letting me keep it there over the weekend. Great group of people who did great work, and really knocked it out of the park on customer service. Id recommend anyone to get body work done here, even if youre not located in Philly. Im an incredibly happy customer.

I personally had a horrible experience and lost money. The part that was replaced was ordered wrong several times and when it was finally the right one it was painted like crap and ruined. Several weeks were wasted along with my money because it still wasnt right. I would never go back for nothing and suggest you stay away unless you like wasting time and money.
