I was in an accident on 12/11/09 and out of no where these wreck chasers/crooks preyed on me. Never asking once if I was ok or anything. Given me business cards and telling me they would take care of my car and that it was totalled......I was told that my car was being towed to 6113 Wister St in Philadelphia. Come to find out after a night and half a day looking for my car it was towed to 333 Price Street. This is where it gets interesting...I had items in my car that I wanted to retrieve. When I informed the owner, Mr John Cox, he said my car was on Price Street but "you better hurry up and get there because the person wouldnt wait long" for me to get there. When I got there the tow truck driver who towed my car by his own addmission was there. He opened the gate to the lot and both of us went to my car and I began to look for 2 GPS systems I had in my car...I guess you know what happened. Only 1 of the 2 were there and to top it off, the older of the 2 was in the car in the newer case...How stupid could these Coxs thieves be, to put the old GPS system in the newer case. Thinking I wasnt going to notice....I took the old GPS that was in the newer case and went back to the office on Wister St to speak with the owner. Mr Cox tried his best to ignore me but I stayed around until he would talk to me...When I let him know that 1 of the 2 GPS systems was missing, his response was "why would they only take 1"....I said "why would they take any"...Now for a $120.00 GPS he would rather get sued opposed to tell the tow truck operator to get and return it to me...This is a battle that I will fight for myself and others that they have victimized....At all cost stay away from these crooks...Yes I called the police and they took a report...I want what is rightfully mine...

was in a auto accident about a month ago it was pouring down i was already late for work i needed my job sitting in my car thinking all was lost this purple tow truck puled up the guy was vary professional he told me he could have my car fixed no problem and get me back driving again when we got to the office they really helped me got me in a loner car because i did not have rental in my police the the insurance company called me a few days later saying that they were doing the job but it would take a month to fix with out that loaner car i would have had to pay 500 per week to rental a car. 3 weeks later Mr John called me saying that my car was fixed and i could come and pick it up the next day i was so pleased with how fast the work was done i hope i never get in to another accident but IF I DO I AM LOOKING FOR COX COLLISION!!!

Zero. From1to 10 what a house of horrors. If l could rate them tripple 0 I would. If there is any one who says they had a good experience at this place it must be a paid relative. If you like your car do not take it to this place.
